Sweet LuAnn in her early teens starting working in a Pittsburgh PA steak and seafood restaurant. She later moved to Arizona to manage a sandwich shop where two months later she was the owner! Leveraging this success she was contracted at a large insurance company to feed 800 people in a 90 minute lunch period sharpening her high-volume culinary skills. This success earned her the opportunity to d
esign and build another cafeteria for a heavy equipment manufacture. Opening LuAnn's Country Buffet is where she met Savory Jim, her food salesperson. Fast forward another 25 years of successfully managing food services in casinos located in AZ, TX, WA. In 2019 she retired, got bored took a cooks position at a local elementary school from which she retired earlier this year. Savory Jim started working as a fry cook in his late teens at a local drive-in. He took a cooking position at a fine dining restaurant during his NAU college years, falling in love with French inspired cooking. Following a three year cooks apprenticeship he landed roles in fine dining restaurants and resorts throughout the greater Phoenix area until starting a new career in food sales. Another career change happened when Jim entered into Information Technology finishing his 23 year career as a PMP certified Sr. Now sweet LuAnn and savory Jim have partnered up to launch Two Who Cook, we hope to see and serve you soon.
