It's a Beautiful thing to know that even if the chefs need a break off, family will always come through. Today we did a catering for Sylvia and William White and though Chef Dean is out getting better at his craft and Chef Brian is out helping a friend move the family held down the Fort. It's beautiful to know that the People in our lives will always be there to help. See the Beauty all around you and know there's people always there for you. Be You, Be Change, Be Different, Be Love!

Don't forget to come out this Friday and try a home made Calzone. Chef Brian was issued a challenge and he took it. Let's see how they turn out. There will be food and drinks for purchase. There will also be Karaoke with donations going to the Sons of the American Legion Squadron 58. Hope to see you all there!
