After a CE class on Monday, I became aware that many newer vehicles have laminated glass not tempered glass. If you have a tool that breaks glass in your car, it will not work on laminated glass. Usually at least one side window is tempered for easy escape in case the vehicle ends up under water. The good thing about laminated glass is it is stronger and likely to hold up in case of a wreck so that you are not thrown out. Check your windows so you know!!
