Due to unforeseen delays in village paperwork and communication, the opening of DAMO BBQ Butchery and Boutique has been postponed indefinitely. This has been a challenging time for us, especially as a self-funded family business, and your support means everything.
We’ve put our hearts, souls, and resources into making this dream a reality, and it’s heartbreaking to face this hurdle during the holiday season. We are working hard to resolve the issues and are grateful for the continued support and understanding from our community.

Our much-anticipated opening for DAMO BBQ Butchery and Boutique, originally set for this weekend, has been postponed due to some village paperwork delays beyond our control. We know this is disappointing for all of us, especially as we head into the holiday season.

As a self-funded husband and wife team, this delay is a significant challenge for our business. While we are unsure of how long it will take to resolve, we are working tirelessly to get everything in order and open our doors as soon as possible.

Join us this Friday, 12/20 (3-7 PM) and Saturday, 12/21 (11-5 PM) for our small opening. We’ll offer a selection of our delicious BBQ items, but hurry—they’re available until sold out! We’ve expanded our passion for delicious Central Texas-style BBQ with a unique Italian flair by opening a cozy boutique location in Pingree Grove, IL. Not only will you be able to indulge in our BBQ, but you’ll also find a selection of small grocery items, BBQ seasonings and sauces, top-quality charcoal and pellets, and of course, the latest DAMO swag to show off your love for great BBQ!therapy

Our final inspection is happening this Wednesday, and we’re eager to welcome you to our small opening this Friday, 12/20 from 3-7 PM and Saturday, 12/21 from 11-5 PM. Stop by to get a taste of our offerings and a sneak peek at what’s to come! Please note, our food will be available until sold out, so come early to savor the flavors! Please keep in mind this is a small opening, our Grand Opening is slotted for March 2025.
