Sundays are the day we clean the refrigerator and try to use up all of little bits of this and that. Todays creations were: bruschetta with crostini; sweet peppers stuffed with cream cheese, bacon and jalapeño and drizzled with hot honey; roasted veggies; and jalapeño popper Mac n cheese. It was a good Sunday.

I had the pleasure of doing a private tasting dinner yesterday with Chef Juan. One of the “surprise” courses was a “Gordita crunch”. Made with wagyu. Today hubby and I had leftovers that I “threw” together. Lol. Taco Sunday any one???
