Here are a few photos from the Ugly Sweater Run on Saturday at NIBCO Water and Ice Park!

The finisher medals were hand painted by Cleveland Elementary School kids! We also appreciated the Childrens choir!

So many cute outfits! It was just 20 degrees, but with all the energy and smiles it felt a lot warmer!

What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Whether you have a house full of guests and you have "Ironing your linen napkins" on your to do list OR you aren't even sure when Thanksgiving Is (it's next Thurs, Nov 28) ...WE WANT YOU!!!

If you do have a big group and want to make it easy peazy- give your group (3 or more people) a name. We will pull everyone together and put it in one envelope with bibs, shirts (if you order one) etc Deadline for group names is TOMORROW, November 19 midnight- so we have time to print labels and put this all together.

Please! Come out for some fresh air - and it will not matter what the weather brings because we will be creating our own sunshine :)- and do something good for yourself and others at the same time!

Attn 10K and Half marathoners! At approximately mile 1.8, you will go off the Pumpkinvine- parallel to the trail- for about a tenth of a mile and then pop back on to the Pumpkinvine. I personally ran it today and it is no big deal.

Haunted Halloween Hustle is this Saturday, October 26 at Abshire Park in Goshen! Online registration is closing tomorrow, but you can still register onsite on Friday night at packet pickup or Saturday morning from 6am - 8am.

Get into the spirit and get a costume going! We are stepping up the costume contest this year and the awards are FANTASTIC!
Parade at 8:15 am!

For example, this is the one for Best couple, group or family!

If you want to be part of the contest, check in for the race and sign in at the judges station so we do not miss any costumes. When you return from your run, we will have the winners identified!

Rock the Quarry Triathlon and Mile Swim is this Saturday, August 10 at Fidler Pond, 1424 LWE in Goshen! First wave at 8am.

The once a year opportunity to swim in the Pond, with it's glorious, clear water! Weather forecast is for perfect! Don't miss out!

Online registration is still open until midnight tonight, or you can register onsite at packet pickup, Friday, Aug 9 from 4-6 pm or Sat, Aug 10 from 6am - 8am.

Not quite ready? Throw a team together or we can match make you with some ringer athletes! Relays are a blast!

Diamond Lake is this Saturday, July 20!
For the swim, we will be using a wave start.

What is a wave start? Athletes are divided up by age and gender and they begin with that group for the 500 yard swim.

There two exceptions to the assignment that you can opt in:
Wave 1: Elite: I can swim a 500 in 8 minutes or less
Wave 9/10: I am new, or returning and want to take my time.

If you want to be in either of those waves, let us know ASAP by emailing your name and wave choice to [email protected]

Forecast is for perfect on Saturday for Diamond Lake Triathlon and 500 Yard swim! A cooler morning will be so delightful!

Price increase TONIGHT at midnight so get on board the Happy Bus now! Grab a friend or two and just have some fun!

Registration closes completely Thursday, July 18 and there is no onsite registration on race day.

We supply the music, inspiration, the SWAG, the treats, the prizes....it's going to be a great morning!
