Chaos coordinators, hiccup helpers, or the Awesome Squad, no matter what you call us, this team will help you navigate and plan for all the possibilities and experiences to make your special day a dream come true, and not a nightmare.

⏰ Vendor running late? We call and confirm their ETA, and update the timeline accordingly .

🌬️ Wind picking up and decorations trying to fly away? We are there with the duct tape, table clamps, and can do attitude.

🤍 An ex-girlfriend show up wearing a white dress? We will inform the photographer, and steer them to sit out of prime shots.

Not every team and not every package, provides the same level of support. For instance, the main difference between a planner and a coordinator is the level of involvement during the pre-planning stage. It’s important to find the team and package that works for you and your partner’s needs.

Do you love to party but also want to make a positive change? This we wanted to share a few tips for more eco friendly party decorations! Also, flip through to see some ideas we love!

Reduce: Having an accurate guest count is vital to make sure you don’t purchase too much. Not only does this help your budget, but it helps the earth. Let’s practice bringing back the RSVP!

Reuse: thrift some cute eco-friendly tableware and dinnerware made from china, glass, or bamboo instead. For napkins, use pretty cloth squares that you can wash and reuse. You don’t need disposable cutlery either — bring your own, or borrow from friends and family so that you have enough items for the party.

Recycle: At the end of the day, see what you can pass on to the next event. Resell or regift that cute banner, or repurpose those Cards and invitations into wall art, ornaments, gift tags, or garland, let the creative juices flow!

Also, don’t be afraid to rent from local companies and shop your local buy/sell sites. Often after big events, people are looking to get rid of lightly used decorations, centerpieces, napkins, ect and it’s a wonderful way to re-purpose those items and save some money!
