I’ve been away but I’ve still been in the kitchen!!!!! 😁😍 Chicken Caprese with Balasmic Glaze Drizzle!!!!! (I made this)

I used basil pesto, beefsteak tomatoes, and mozzarella balls but I cut the chicken hasselback style and placed the veggies and cheese in the slits. It was amazing. Added pic of hasselback potatoes for reference (not my cooking)

Just some of the random things I make for my family. They wanted a sushi night one night so I got sushi and made fried rice, ramen and crab salad. I love salmon so I did surf and turf in that with lamb. I do deserts and my favorites are cheesecake and banana pudding. I’m going to do better about posting and not caring who sees it. Just do it!!!

I’ve been cooking so much and not recording or taking pictures. I won’t lie I got discouraged because I just love cooking and I just wanted to do that without all the social media extras. However in order to grow my business I gotta do better about posting. I have cooked a ton of other things. I cook 4-5 days out the week most weeks. Right now I’m just advertise myself. No solid menu just a fluid mix of my favorite dishes or if you want something I know I can make it. ❤️ Welcome to my heart ❤️

I just want to be a person who can provide dinner when you too tired too or just when you want to indulge in some good home cooking. Soulfood is not always about Sunday dinner but about food that reaches down and hugs your soul. It gives you that one memory you wish you can hang on too. I want that for you ❤️

While navigating this new business idea I decided to use my new Christmas gift to try new wings. Black Truffle Buffalo Wings and Jack Daniels honey wings. Both came out adult and kid approved ✅✅🤤
