Bib pickup is happening now, for the 2024 Dash 4 Shelter. This race is raising funds for Wheeler Mission—Bloomington, to help them do the important work they do for many people and families in our community.

If you haven't signed up yet, you can still get registered and come out tomorrow morning. Program starts at 9:30, race starts at 10:30.

We have teams set up for a couple of turkey trots this year. We have a crew down at Bedford for the Becky's Place Run for Hope and we have one in Bloomington for the B-Town Turkey Trot.

Packet pickup for the one in Bedford is today, starting at noon. Already looking at over a couple hundred people registered there. So if you're in the Bedford area and want to join there, the link to register is on our website.

Packet pickup for the B-Town Turkey Trot was this morning from 9:00 to 11:00, and a second round happening from 4:00 to 6:00. You can still register online, but you better hurry. Over 500 have already picked up bibs and we are approaching 1,000 registrations... With 1200 bibs on hand, this one looks like we might be cutting it close on those.

With the conclusion of the XC season, we are turning our attention to some scheduling for the 2025 Spring Track and Field season, and prepping for some other events between now and then.

If you have submitted a schedule request for the spring, hang tight. We are building that schedule now and will be in touch within the next week or two to confirm dates.

If you had us cover stuff for you last spring but have not submitted those yet, please get those requests in as soon as possible. Given the way things have gone the past couple of seasons, it is likely that we will have a lot of dates that will fill up. We will try to honor our existing and longstanding relationships first.

5:00 p.m. today is the cut off to guarantee seeded positions/heats for Westfield's Last Lap 1600/3200 event on Saturday. Entries will be pulled after 5:00 p.m. and the heat assignments and start list will be posted shortly thereafter. Registration, including payment process can be found on our website, at the upcoming event info page.

Up to 88 registrations for the Trick Or Trot tomorrow, for the Rotary Club of Lebanon Indiana . That is a new record for the race and we are pushing for 100 by tonight. If we surpass 100 registrations by tonight, AB Timing is kicking in a $100 donation to the Rotary Club. Help them out and get those last signups in by midnight tonight.

Good job folks! The race directors for the Trick or Trot reached out to us with a goal of growing this annual event to raise funds for the Rotary Club of Lebanon Indiana. So far we have surpassed the number of 2023 registrations and only have 18 to go to until we match the number from 2022 (82) for this Saturday's race. If we can hit 100 registrations by Friday at midnight, AB Timing will kick in an extra $100 to the Rotary Club 💲💲💲 Sign up yourself. Sign up your friends, and bring them out with you. Enjoy the race and then the chili cookoff afterwards, as they are partnering with the Salvation Army of Boone County for the annual Battle of the Kettles-Chili Edition.

The Trick Or Trot 5k is on Saturday October 12, 2024. It includes the following events: 5k, Kids Fun Run & Pumpkin Dash, and Virtual 5k.

Just over a week until the Trick or Trot in Lebanon. This race benefits the Rotary Club of Lebanon Indiana, which is active in the community to provide programs like Shop With a Cop.
The race is scheduled from 2-4 and after the race there is a chili cookoff to benefit the Salvation Army. You get to help two great organizations with one trip to Lebanon.

Our crews will be out all over the state on Saturday morning, for a busy day of racing. The Brown County Middle School Eagle Classic is always one of my favorites of the season and we are excited to be on board for this year again. Santa Claus is already preparing for hosting duties at Wheeler Mission—Bloomington’s second annual Dash 4 Shelter (D4S) 5K run/walk, scheduled for Saturday, December 7th. Please consider taking advantage of the last few days of extended early-bird pricing for this year’s D4S, which concludes at 11:59 p.m. this Wednesday(9/11). $20/adults (19 years-old and up); $15/child (8-18 years-old). Our Lady of Grace School was fantastic to work with, in the leadup to their Invitational meet on Saturday. It was a beautiful day for racing, and the young athletes who toed the line turned out some great efforts, that made for a fun day of racing.

A few years ago, IPS Athletics contacted us about starting a track and field series for their Middle School athletes. It's been a lot of work, but a lot of fun to see it develop into something legit for the athletes and coaches involved.
We are excited to be working with them this fall to bring a quality cross country series to fruition. Utilizing a couple of locations, the IPS team led by Josh Varno and Jordan Leonard have begun setting up some courses for the athletes to compete on.
