It’s our annual mother’s day brunch and this year Forevermore Forest Weddings & Events is our wonderful host. Come join us on May 11, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Forevermore Forest located at W7670 US HWY 10 in Ellsworth, WI. This day is designed to celebrate all the important women in your life. We will have a feast fit for all the Queens along with an opportunity to learn how to make your very own floral arrangement. Every ticket will include a wonderful grazing table loaded with all the brunch must haves, drinks, floral arrangement, and Forevermore Forest photo booth.

Hi! I am Chef Angie.
The owner & operating guru behind Mindful Fork Catering. I have always had a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes. From a young age, I was fascinated by how simple ingredients could be combined and transformed into something entirely new. The mission behind Mindful Fork was simple: use what is raised and grown near our kitchen. The best food is often simple and locally sourced. I started my career at a family - owned pizza restaurant in Baldwin, WI, serving our community and surrounding areas. Eventually, my passion for farm-to-fork cuisine and local ingredients led me to enroll in college for culinary arts with an emphasis on functional holistic food science, it’s then what led me to become a private chef in 2009 and eventually transition to catering. At Belle Ame Vineyard I am able to not only be their in-house preferred chef and catering company, it also allows me to have fun with weekly menu offerings at our tasting room location in the vineyard. Belle Ame also gives Mindful Fork the amazing opportunity to host chef driven dining experiences throughout the year. Our goal is to always find a reason to celebrate and break bread with others. Food makes us happy, but food and great company fills our love tanks! All you have to do is add a little wine and all is right in the world. My most important role is simply being a wife and boy MOM to my amazing boys: Matthew, Lyle, and Nolan.
