Any interest in adult morning workout sessions at the studio? I can offer options like Fitness Marshall which is dance fitness, Popsugar which is dance fitness, 1hr classes which we do Calisthenics, and walking groups.
Please let me know of any of these peak your interest, times that work for you. Im thinking these will be small charge classes. Under $10.00 i just want to have a great place for people to feel comfortable and have fun. Lets be uncomfortable together and learn how to be comfortable in our own skin 🖤
Edit: we can also do yoga with adriene and talk about snacks and foods and swap recipes and such.
