Hey everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know what has been going on around here! I made this page with the intent of consistently accepting orders for 1-2 weekends a month, plus ocassional special orders. On the morning of the first weekend that I started the orders, my husband was given one hour’s notice to leave for an undetermined amount of time (gotta love the Army!). This has thrown a major wrench into the process since we have 3 small children, ages 1, 4 & 6 and I recently started working as a real estate agent as well. It has been an incredibly busy and tough month so far and I apologize for not opening orders up like I had planned. I do receive requests and have accepted some for specific dates here and there and that’s when I typically make an extra or two and offer them up on this page. I hope that whenever he returns I can get back to it in full force and I am excited to make some holiday and seasonally themed trays really soon! I am also in talks with some local vendors and a local dairy so that I can help support our local community partners!

Thank you for all of your patience and for all of your support! I can’t believe there are already almost 500 people following this page! I appreciate you all!

Thank you all for joining my page!! I appreciate all of your support!

I am opening up the ordering for next weekend, August 28th & 29th. Since this is so new, please bear with me as I’m still trying to figure out the logistics of it all!

I will be accepting a limited amount of orders that will be available for pickup this coming Friday, AUGUST 28th, and SATURDAY AUGUST 29th from 10am-6pm. Please indicate which day you would like to pick up when you place your order.

The trays will come packaged in boxes for safe travel and will include a set of small utensils. Each week the trays may vary depending on availability of ingredients. They will always include 2-4 meats, 5+ cheeses, assortment of nuts, crackers, olives, pickled items, honey, jam and fruits! Serves 2-4. people.

The price for the standard tray is $45.

If you would like a larger size party tray, send me a message and we can discuss it!

Payments can be made via Facebook pay, PayPal, zelle, or cash at pickup.

If you would like to place an order, please message me through this page! I will send out the address (in Enterprise) for pickup when we arrange the pickup date and time. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Due to the overwhelming response to my charcuterie trays in the local wine group, and to the urging of members to make them available for purchase, I have decided to start accepting a limited amount of orders for one weekend out of the month. I will also accept orders for small caterings or special events, depending on availability.

Periodically, I hope to offer limited amounts of specialty items throughout the month as well.
