So many ceremony options! And every spot has a view of the water ♥️

This setup is at the “corner” of the property.

The wedding party is on the small dock and guests are seated on the lawn. Every person has a view of the water, including the wedding party.

Happy 1 year anniversary to the new bar 🎉

This old bar was designed and built by our neighbor and local business, Chesapeake Woodworking.

Fun fact - the wood of this bar came from the Naval Academy gymnasium floor.

By moving the bar, it allows for an additional 350 sqft of party space and allows for the original dance floor to shine ✨

This building is loaded with history!

We have chairs & tables. But if you want something different, we have 4 vendors we can recommend.

We’ve partnered with 3 delicious family owned & operated catering companies. But if you want someone different, you can choose your favorite.

We have bar packages for everything. Or you can just serve orange crushes & natty bohs out of the canoe bar. Custom bar packages are available. 🍻

You want it, we have it, but you decide what you need to use & spend, not us.

Designed for the couple who wants a wedding that’s not cookie cutter, distinctive without being (too) weird, but very authentic, Island View Waterfront is the venue you want.
