1.) Will you need chafing dishes? How many guests will be in attendance? What would you like on your menu? What kind of catering service would you like (plated, buffet/style, drop-off)? Do you need us to serve? What is the theme of your event? etc.. *refer to our catering request form*

2.) Are there any special dietary needs, restrictions, or food allergies?

3.) BOOK IN ADVANCE. It is never too early to book. *availability is limited for the next few months*

4.) Know your budget and do not hesitate to ask for budget friendly menu ideas so we can accommodate you accordingly.

5.) A non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of your invoice and contract signature to secure your event date and our services.

6.) While we do have a few menus for you to choose from, catering options are endless with High Class Goods.
