I've got some good news/bad news....
This past week will unfortunately be my last week for offering meals until we are moved and settled back in.
We thought we weren't closing until June but we have new buyers so we are now closing in April. Therefore, I have SO much to do to get us packed and moved to the barn plus I have several caterings booked. It's going to be a busy six weeks!
Don't worry, I still hope to be back to offering meals in mid June/early July.
I will be doing meals through the end of March but will then be taking at least 3 months off due to us selling our house and us having so much to go through and sell in order to downsize and move into our barndaminium.I plan to be back offering meals by mid June or early July.

A generous salad loaded with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion (will be separate) feta cheese, walnuts, and a piece of salmon with Lemon Vinaigrette.
Dessert Options: cherry, coconut cream, lemon, chocolate pie or pecan pie. All pies are 6 inches and $10 each.

No meals will be offered March 4th due to me being out of town or the week of March 11th due to me having a dental surgery.
Meals will start back March 18th.

I've got a Greek Salad with Salmon, two lasagnas with side salads, and two chicken veggie bowls with brown rice extra that someone ordered and had to leave town so they can't pick up. Let me know if you want any of them.
I took our neighbor, Peggy Brown, a salmon bowl to try tonight. She approved! I have to admit I sure wanted to eat it myself but I parted with it, sadly. The veggies tasted so much better after marinating overnight.

Stuffed shells are filled with three types of cheese, then covered in marinara sauce and more cheese and baked to golden brown perfection. Served with a side Caesar salad with homemade dressing (no anchovies).
Made a blackened salmon rice bowl with homemade Pico, roasted poblano corn salsa, Asian cucumber salad, pickled red onions, & siracha mayo over rice. Now if I could figure out how to package it to offer it for sale.

Black pepper chicken over rice....a bit spicy but really good! If anyone likes extra spicy come get the rest! My mouth is on fire!
I have no idea what this is supposed to taste like since I've never made it or had it but it tastes pretty good to me.

I’ve heard from a few people that they feel my food/salad prices seem high. To provide some context, here are some salad prices from other restaurants in Eufaula.
I want to share this because many customers find they can make two meals out of the chef salad I offer, which is $12. It includes 6 oz of chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, a boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and homemade salad dressing. Also, coming up next week is our Greek Salad with homemade lemon vinaigrette, feta, walnuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion. It’s $14 with salmon or $13 with chicken. If you’re in the mood for a delicious salad, this one is definitely worth trying.
I've got bread puddings with rum sauce for sale. 8 x 5 pans, enough for 3-4 people. $10 pan 3 left, one is spoken for.
I just realized I sold someone's coconut cream pie that wasn't going to pick up til tomorrow so I had to make more. I have one extra coconut cream and one chocolate cream if anyone wants them when you pick up food tomorrow. $7 each
