Continuing our annual family tradition with Wreaths Across America. Cemeteries across the country all participate at the same time to lay wreaths at veteran gravesites.
The ceremony involves all branches of the military - we otherwise rarely interact with military members. We also never go to a cemetery otherwise.
It’s always interesting to see who was recently buried, and what wars people fought in. Mr. White served in three wars! Also sparked family conversation about burial versus cremation, organ donation, etc. - important topics.
