Chef Uwe discovered his passion for the culinary arts while growing up in his Grandma's restaurant in Karlshofen, Germany. He worked at high end hotels, in numerous restaurants, and on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship. He prefers working with fresh seasonal ingredients. When he is not cooking, he loves spending time outdoors fishing, hunting and boating.

✨Fun Fact: He had the honor of cooking for Nelson Mandela and
German Chancellor Helmut Kohl.

Their wedding back in June was SO MUCH FUN we didn’t want it to end. We loved seeing the dance floor full the whole night and everyone having a blast.🕺 *it may have even included a conga line around the whole ballroom too 😉
