Y'all I know there is an artist out there that is looking for an opportunity to share their talents. It seems that the person I had lined up to take over Canvas is no longer interested. If you know a person looking for a great side gig (or even a full time gig) please send them my way. I am looking for an artist that would like to buy Canvas. I still have people wanting to book parties. This business has a great reputation, clients ready to paint, and I will offer all my guidance. Start 2024 with a great investment!

Some of you know, most don’t. For the last year I have not been doing any parties. I have done a few kits here and there. This is not because I don’t love painting or meeting all of you. I have been in treatment for breast cancer and physically could not meet the demands on my body. That is why last fall I decided to sell Canvas & Conversion. I still would like to find an individual artist that would like to take over. It does take work. It is fun. You will meet a lot of people. It is a turn key business with what supplies I have left, all the equipment to make this person successful, an established website and social following. I still have groups asking for parties or kits. It has been good for me and my family but my situation has changed and it is time to pass this business on to another. If you know an artist who is looking for a great side gig or even a full time opportunity, please send them my way.

Good snowy morning. I normally would be posting demos on a morning like this. However, I have decided that after 8.5 years that I am taking a step back from painting and will no longer be doing in home parties.

Canvas was a personal project of mine, a place for my creative and my teaching to combine. This was not just a business, but a creative adventure. I have made so many good friends over the years because of Canvas and I truly value all of your support and enthusiasm for this experience. I will still have kits available and may be available for fundraising events but this will be decided on a one-to-one basis.

If you are a artist, or know one who would be interested in the business, I would love to hear from you/them. I would love to help someone like me own their own business. That is how I acquired Canvas from Bill and Anne Jones when Anne decided to step back. I hope I have made her proud with how her dream has come full circle.

Again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and remember check which cup you put your brush in.
