We have LOTS of new merchandise and some restocks of favorites—including these snail and turtle pots. We now have several styles of tiny pots—closed, with drainage, and with saucers—as requested! Stop in to see the selection and more additions.

Downtown Happy Hour is back this Tuesday afternoon! We will be hosting Jennifer Price who creates our smudges. She will be making smudges from locally grown herbs and answering any questions you have. We will also be offering 20% off all in-store flower purchases during Happy Hour, 3:30-5:30.

Fall wedding season is about to begin. That means our work starts now with planning, ordering, and ensuring everything is perfect for our couples. Wondering about what we offer? We have information and a downloadable planning guide on our website that answers our most common questions.

Our most popular questions surround our full-service vs a la carte options. Full service events are just that. We take care of all of your floral needs, set up, and clean up afterwards. We only take one full service event on a day so that you receive our sole focus. A la carte weddings are perfect for couples just needing a few things. Set up is not included with these events. (This means arches, aisle decor, and other things that are set up on site are not included.)

The past two weeks have been a whirlwind in the store!

ICYMI… We got a huge plant shipment and the store is a jungle oasis. Setting all those plants out started a domino effect of changing the layout of some areas in the store to set the plants and new, exciting merchandise we have coming in. Come by to take a walk through our indoor garden and see the changes!

On top of that, we are still creating floral dreams for wedding couples and others wanting a little joy delivered. This is one of our bridal bouquets from yesterday. We love the fall feels!

Simple can be enough. It is possible to over decorate a space. When we approach event design, we are looking to accentuate an event. These photos are from a wedding. In that case, the focus should always be on the couple. The decor makes the event feel special without taking away from the reason why everyone is gathered. Venue:

We are upping our plant game. We have already been proud of the plants and plant accessories we offer but we are expanding. This has always been a goal for our new, larger location. Now that we are feeling settled, it’s time for that expansion.

We have a new shipment of plants coming this week. (Stay tuned for the arrival update.) We have already began to stock new soil, fertilizer, pest control, and other accessories but these lines will be expanding too.

Wedding season is quickly approaching! September-November is our busiest time of the year for wedding design. Is that surprising? Many seem surprised when we say that but with so many couples having outdoor weddings and loving fall color, we understand. Of course, we have weddings all year—including this weekend!

We have so much new merchandise that it’s feeling like a new shop! Come in to see all of the new product lines. These colorful new puzzles, vases, and stickers feel so perfect for summer!

The floral industry is not always environmentally friendly. It seems like a plant based industry would be but there is a lot of waste and poor practices. We do our best to make things a little better. Cleaning up events is a big part of our job that most don’t think about. Instead of throwing it all away, we take apart anything left after the event. We save things like pins, reuse our chicken wire, and rent our vases. We also compost all our green waste. We reuse packaging to transport it back and forth. The only waste from this large event was a little tape. Not bad, considering.
