Yesterday, we went to view the event property that we are moving forward on for Dreamhaven (thanks for some of the pics/vid Dana) and also found a couple caches.
If you have been following us and our effort to buy and build a permanent site, you know what a big opportunity for our community this is! We have started the next steps but humans don't make this an easy (or inexpensive) process.

We will likely need to raise up about $15,000 for a down payment (which we are working on) so if you want to help out with that, now is the time to get on that patreon! This could be IT, folks!

[Dreamhaven] Well, before we were able to see the 60acre property that I previously posted about, the owners accepted an offer from another another person and it was off the market. Since we've been heavily watching for potentials, we decided to go see a different one in Eatonville instead. Alas, this one also did not fit our needs for several reasons, primarily that the ceilings were (no kidding) 5'6" in some places, because I was able to stand up super straight and touch my head to them. Weird. More importantly though, the acreage here was basically mountainous and did not really have any option to level without serious earth moving. All that said, I am try to schedule two places to view this weekend in Winlock and Castle Rock. The hunt continues.

Just 45 minutes from Tacoma is your new mountain retreat. It?s located near Alder Lake & Mt. 🤞Keep your fingers crossed for us. We are hoping to go view a potential property on Saturday for a forever fairy home and enchanted venue for our events, but there are already 2 offers on it.
