What You'll Need:
▪︎Mini Red Potatoes, quatered
▪︎Fresh Snipped Greenbeans
▪︎Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
▪︎Cherry Tomatoes
▪︎SPICED Adobo Blend
▪︎EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
What to Do:
▪︎Wash and boil potatoes in salted water until tender
▪︎Heat EVOO in a pan over medium heat and add potatoes
▪︎Toss in red onions and greenbeans, turning frequently
▪︎Evenly season with SPICED Adobo Blend
▪︎Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
▪︎Once Potatoes are golden, turn off heat and Serve
▪︎Enjoy!!!
