✨ The holiday season can be one of the busiest (and most profitable!) times of the year, but it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Here are some key ways to set yourself up for success and stay grounded along the way! ✨

Holiday Success Plan Checklist:

🎄 Set Clear Goals:
• Define your top priorities for the season—whether it’s maximizing sales, taking extra family time, or both. Having a goal helps you stay focused.

🎄 Create a Game Plan:
• Map out your timeline for special offers, important deadlines, and any events. Schedule these into your calendar to keep things smooth and organized.

🎄 Manage Expectations with Boundaries:
• Communicate your holiday hours, cut-off dates, and availability early. It’s okay to say “no” to last-minute requests or to limit how many projects you take on.

🎄 Automate & Delegate:
• Use tools to automate emails and social media posts, and consider delegating tasks where you can—like wrapping gifts or shipping orders.

🎄 Practice Self-Care:
• Protect your energy by taking breaks, staying hydrated, and spending time doing what recharges you. Remember, your well-being is crucial to the season’s success!

🎄 Reflect & Adjust:
• As you go, check in with yourself to see what’s working and what needs tweaking. Flexibility can make all the difference.

The planning team will be reviewing and contacting our speaker selections within the next couple of weeks! When we choose a proposal, we aim to create a well-rounded conference program that encompasses all aspects of business as a wood flower florist.

From tips, tricks and techniques within the artistry all the way to business practices, strategies, tactics and logistics all the way to empowerment and inspirational presentations that will leave our attendees feeling ready to take themselves and their businesses to the next level.

We aim to bring florists from all parts of the country together NOT to tell you what to do or how to do it, but to foster positive, empowering relationships and moments where you feel emboldened and inspired to go do exactly what YOU want to do in the way YOU want to do it with your wood flower floristry endeavors.
