There's still time to register for Santa Shuffle, but space is limited!

This festive and fun-filled holiday event is open to ages 4 -12. Parents can drop their children off or stay for the fun.

Each station will have a teacher and be limited to no more than 10 children. Stations include:

🎄Grinchmas: bouncy castle and face painting
🎄Elf Workshop: Home Depot sponsored room
🎄Santa: Santa will be visiting and reading a story
🎄Cookies: Buddy the Elf sugar spaghetti cookie decorating
🎄Snow Much Fun: indoor snowman building, snowball fight and scooter sledding

This event is open to both members ($15/child) and non-members ($25/child).

It's only Monday, but we're already day dreaming about Thanksgiving dinner 🦃

As a reminder, we will be open Thursday, November 23 from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM and then heading home to spend the holiday with friends and family! Head to Courts in the morning to get your sweat in, otherwise we will see you on Friday for regular hours.

Cheers to our November Member of the Month, Gavin Griggs ✨

Gavin has been a regular member of Courts for more than six years. His favorite thing about the gym is the variety of equipment available. You can usually catch him at the working out in the evenings.

His advice to new members? "If you're nervous about coming for the first time, don't be. Everyone is so nice and supportive. It's a very welcoming environment!"

Next time you see Gavin in the gym make sure to give him an extra high-five!

Join Certified Personal Trainer, Amy Nash, for four weeks of accountability and routine development with the Atomic 8 Challenge. This challenge will consist of small group sessions of up to 6 people who meet twice a week to transform healthy routines into healthy habits.

Whether you're a beginner or just looking to elevate your skills, Courts Plus instructors serve up top-notch training year around!

Empower yourself and learn essential self-defense techniques at our new Basic Self Defense Class💪

The class will cover all the essentials of situational awareness, techniques to distract/distance/defend, Q&A, and practice. Group sessions will include 16-20 people and are open to those 13 years and older. Pre-registration is not required and classes will take place in Studio B.

SESSION OPTIONS:
-Wednesdays, November 8, 15, 22 and 29: 5:30 - 6:30 am
-Thursdays, December 7, 14, 21 and 28: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
-Mondays, January 8, 15, 22 and 29: 12:00 - 1:00 pm

There's LOTS of opportunities for Schools Out! Day Camps this week! Stay busy when school is out and join us for a variety of activities that include art projects, games, sports, a movie and outdoor activity (weather permitting).

Schools Out! Day Camps include ages 5 years - 11 years and are available to both members and non-members. There's even opportunities for half days or mini-sessions.

Big high fives to our October Member of the Month, Logan!

Logan has been a member of Courts Plus for more than 5 years. You can usually find him at the gym 5 am most days of the week. He really enjoys the selection of equipment. His advice to new members or those thinking about signing up is to ask for help if you need it because everyone is so friendly!

Outside of the gym Logan is a heavy equipment mechanic and in his free time enjoys spending time at the racetrack with friends. He has two dogs named Tilton and Dax and they all enjoy summers at the lake!

Big congratulations to Courts Plus member Prakash Mathew for being named Senior of the Year in the Faith Category at Bethany Retirement Living's annual Senior of the Year Awards Banquet.

Senior of the Year recognizes those aged 65 and over who have made an outstanding contribution to enrich the social, cultural or civic life of our community. We are so proud of Prakash and all he does for our community!

Start your babysitting career off on the right foot by taking the American Red Cross Certified Babysitting course at Courts Plus!

Cheers to our September Member of the Month, Ephane Joseph!

Ephane and her family joined Courts Plus this year and enjoy the variety of programs and activities available because there is something for everyone. Ephane loves that everyone they have met has been friendly and helpful. Two of her children attended day camp and had so much fun - shoutout to Crystal, Emily and the Youth Programs team!

You can usually find Ephane and her family at Courts early in the morning, after school or on the weekends. She says if you are even thinking about joining, do it! She is thankful that her kids now have a safe place to hang out, play basketball and spend time being active.

Next time you see Ephane or her family at Courts make sure to say "hi!".
