⏩ Join us in Studio A this month for pop-up Bodypump Heavy sessions! This new class incorporates heavier weights into movements, and has a slower tempo than traditional Bodypump classes.

Each pop-up class will include a 15-minute intro. Look for Bodypump Heavy to be mixed into our regular group fitness schedule in January! 🏋
