Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Stillman whom had a beautiful wedding and Youth for Christ in Farmington whom choose southern dishes . We’ve included a few pictures. Hope you all enjoy them . Good evening y’all: this Saturday 10/05/2024 will be our last public event Four Brothers Mead 124 main st Festus . We are bringing back our famous smoked meats; turkey legs , Bubba sammich, pig pen , just nachos and new this year our Piglet ( homemade nachos, bbq , nacho cheese and jalapeños) absolutely delicious and affordable. We hope to see you all there . You will love all the events at this Viking festival and thier meads are delicious. See y’all soon . We are Often copied but never duplicated . God bless you all.

Good Morning everyone,

David and I have always strived to put family first. Therefore, due to family reasons we will be closing Kater Me by the end of 2024. We have been truly blessed to have chased this dream and be successful in the process. We owe that to all of you for the support that you have given us from the very beginning and we want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We have loved every minute of Kate Me.

We have listed our food trailer on St Francois Buy/Sell/Trade. We will list the catering side after we have fulfilled the remaining contracts for 2024.

We have 2 public events left:

1- Sept 30th at Parkland Health Center Medical Office - Grand Opening from 11 AM - 2 PM 1106 Hazel Ln Farmington. We will have our TexMex menu and look forward to seeing you there.

2- October 5th @ Viking Fest hosted by our dear friends at Four Brothers Mead!! Yes we will have our amazing smoked turkey legs (AKA - Lt. Danno)!! Not to mention our Famous East Carolina Smoked Pork!!! You will not want to miss it!!!

The remainder of our calendar is filled with private events.

Good morning y’all: we would like to thank everyone at US Tool for allowing us to cater your company picnic yesterday. Lisa , Danielle & I served 800 people! Whew 😥 that is our largest amount of guests ever for three of us and still had extra food for to go plates . It went smoothly and everyone had NC style BBQ , smoked chicken salad wraps , hot dogs , homemade bbq beans , Amish style Mac salad plus chips and sauces as we did an old fashioned style cook out and smoked on sight . Again a huge shoutout to all the wonderful and friendly employees and staff at US Tools . Thank you

Kater Me is focused on supreme quality food, and customer-friendly service at affordable rates. They offer a variety of menus including Asian, Mexican, BBQ, and more. They love customizing for your celebration! Contact Cater Me today for your catering needs!

The Morning Mixer is a casual networking event for members of the Farmington Regional Chamber. It is held from 7:30-9 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. A light, complimentary breakfast is served and there is no cost to attend. Members may choose to stay for the duration of the event or just drop by to socialize for a few minutes.

Good morning y’all: Kater Me is a veteran owned company. Lisa and I are a mom and pop company making food from scratch serving a huge variety of foods. We get asked a lot what we do because people see us in public but not very often. Please allow me to explain. We specialize in catering breakfast, lunch and dinner for weddings, family and corporate events , Christmas and birthday parties, we even make dinners for people called “ Kater to Home “ . When we don’t have catering jobs we either try to be in the public for lunch , events or open up at our ranch . We started out making our Korean style Asian food back in 2017. In the pictures we are showcasing some of our varieties over the years . Sushi , egg rolls , crab ragoon , lamb chops , egg plant Parmesan, desserts , ect… we have grown over the years and of course we are known for our smoked meats. We would like to thank everyone for supporting us and sharing our posts as if it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t be in business. Please keep us in mind if you know someone getting married, or any events coming up. Please book your Christmas parties early as we are already taking orders . Good morning y’all: thank you for everyone who came out to our ranch last week as we sold out of our cheesesteak sandwiches; you all made them a huge success. This week , we will be in public only once due to private events. This Saturday come by the Bonne Terre block party! We will be serving our delicious Tex- Mex menu . Homemade birrea tacos , beef or chicken tacos , burritos, quesadillas and our taco or nacho salads . The sauces are freshly made out of garden and absolutely delicious. Good morning y’all: we have posted today’s and tomorrow menu as we are open from 11-3 pm at our ranch . 1016 S Jefferson st Farmington. I’ve enclosed a pic of the Philly cheesesteak as we use ribeye for our meat vs process meat . Absolutely delicious! Our boss hog is loaded with protein as we just smoked another pig yesterday. Our chips are homemade as well and fresh . All of our burgers are cooked fresh on sight and sandwiches come with a side of tots. Good morning y’all: hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We will be open this Thursday and Friday 11-3 here at our ranch 1016 S Jefferson st Farmington. We at Kater Me had a discussion and wanted to share our burgers with y’all , but we wanted to step it up with some free toti tots with any burger! ( hello Mark!) plus we also wanted to introduce our new item of the week and we are proud to introduce our PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. ( not pictured yet ) ! We use fresh ribeye steak, grilled onions and peppers upon request and authentic seasonings smothered with provolone cheese on a grilled sub roll. Yummy. 😋 my mouth is watering thinking about them. Everything is at a reasonable price so fill your belly while keeping your wallet full. Come see us this Thursday and Friday. Everything we do is always homemade and fresh. May God bless you all.
