Elizabeth Austin Photography has always been more than just me; it’s a collaborative journey. From the beginning I’ve been blessed to have this amazing team to work with. Over the past 8 years we have had the opportunity to service wonderful couples around the world. Adina and Takeyla have been amazing artist representing EAP as lead photographers for weddings of their own for the past two seasons and I’m excited to share more of their work on this page. Imani, our studio manager, is the backbone of our daily operations. As my role evolves into an art curator, guiding EAP’s overall aesthetic and vision, I’m grateful to share this space with these talented women.

Yesterday my beautiful mother went to be with the Lord. My heart is heavy with the loss of my mother. Her warmth, wisdom, and guidance have shaped my life and this company. As we mourn her passing, we ask for your understanding. Her legacy will live on in our memories, and we will forever be grateful for the time we had with her. I believe in prayer and I ask that you all pray for my family. Thank you for your condolences. We are beyond thrilled to be featured as one of top photographers, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by sharing K+Q’s breathtaking wedding that we had the privilege of capturing this past weekend in Oklahoma.

Today, @thefineartassociate and I kicked off the fall wedding season with our first wedding here in Baltimore! We’re thrilled to celebrate A+W’s big day. Adina had the joy of capturing their engagement session last fall, and now we’re back to document their beautiful wedding!

Happiest was about the discovery!

I guess our story touched people and the news crew at WHDH Boston 7 from my bride @kodeten08 Wow! Life really does happen in mysterious ways as this random good samaritan stated well in their email. Unfortunately, we have to postpone our wedding until later in the year due to Covid-19, so I am in the process of sending virtual updates to all of our guests. One of my guests had a typo in their email address and it was sent to the incorrect person, Christine. This wonderful person not only contacted me to let me know that it was sent to the incorrect sender, but ALSO purchased something off our registry as a good will gesture! I am so utterly touched! She connected with me because she is in the process of planning a wedding and it has been impacted by Covid as well. This is a small beam of light on such an unfortunate series of events! I wish Christine much success in her upcoming wedding! Thank you again! #covid #goodsamaritan #payitforward #goodwill

About Elizabeth

Photography has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I’m not capturing weddings, I’m spending quality time with my husband James and our two children Jamison and Janelle or traveling the world experiencing all that life has to offer. As a wedding photographer, what I’m hoping to capture is lifelong memories of love from the present to remind you of those most precious moments. I’m looking for those moments when something funny happens when he whispers in your ear making you blush. My style of photography is free-flowing with a mixture of editorial. It captures motion and emotion, the true spirit of your relationship, the inside jokes, and the hidden moments you thought no one saw. Those are the moments that we love to experience but rarely get pictures of, and I want to capture that for you. I'm deeply honored to be entrusted with capturing memories from such a special season of life.
