It’s Thirsty Thursday, so why not enjoy a simple summer cocktail? 🍸

Meet the basil gimlet 🌿

- 1 ounce simple syrup, muddled with a few basil leaves in a shaker
- 2 ounces gin or vodka of choice (I went with vodka)
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- Fill shaker with ice, give it a shake
- Strain, garnish, enjoy

These things are like potato chips… bet you can’t have just one.

It's almost 5 on Monday, so why not celebrate with a cocktail? 🍹 Today's featured drink is a Madras Fizz Cocktail. It's delicious in any season! Here's how to make it:

* 1 part cranberry juice
* 1 part orange juice
* 1 part Sprite or sparkling water
* 1 part vodka

Just pour, stir, and garnish as you so choose. We like lemon, orange juice and mint.
