Hi I'm Nate, and I fell in love with cooking when I was 6 years old! I carried that love to basic training with me, when I enrolled in the Army. During basic training in Fort Knox, I learned a lot about myself as a man, and as a cook. I honed my skills there, and when it was time to move on, I enrolled into cooking school at Ft. Jackson.
