Our next photographer is a returning volunteer, and we are so delighted she is joining us again for her 3rd year!

Hi! I'm Sharilyn Wells and I love photography, Starbucks, animals, superheroes and my family. I am stubborn, creative, silly, and loyal. My passion is capturing your special moments and freezing them in time. It's sorta a super power I acquired!
I am an award-winning, certified professional photographer that has been photographing professionally for a little over 10 years. Friends joke around with me that I always have a camera attached to me. I am pretty much self taught and always learning new and creative aspects of photography. I have been lucky enough to learn from the best military photographers while I served in the U.S. Army and tend to stick with a more photojournalistic way of photography. I am a military spouse as well and have gone through too many deployments and understand the hardships that come along with them. I'm volunteering my time to give back to those who are tending to the home-front while supporting their loved ones overseas. Our service members give so much and ask for little in return. Photographing families/spouses/furbabies while they are gone is just something small I can do to show how much I appreciate our military families.

When I say I love watching life happen in front of my lens… I mean it.
It’s funny how life (and the military) moves you around but you end up catching up right back where you started.
We recreated images for this awesome family , AT THE SAME LOCATION, but with TWO more children. ❤️ I loved every moment of this session. Little brother had me WORK for this smiles…& the stick he wanted to play with 😂! So many giggles and fun.
