Today we catered lunch for 110 guests for at the . We served our Twice Baked Potatoes, Salad Bar, Grilled Chicken, and Pumpkin Cornbread. We recieved THE BEST compliment from one of the hosts!

I had a crazy idea for my 45th birthday. I wanted to do a joint birthday party with my brother (also.an August baby) and cook a whole alligator. With a little convincing to my Dad (thank you Sherry for convincing him) he was on board. My Dad and his wife hosted both sides of the family. What a hoot! We were also able to honor Kelly's birthday. He would have turned 48. Same as my brother, Josh. I don't know how we top this but I will figure something out. Thanks to all of my family and family friends that celebrated with us. Thanks to my wife for documenting.
