How it works
Booking your event: Upon deciding to book, we will send over a formal quote for your event as well as a contract for you to sign. Once the contract is returned, we will collect your $100 booking deposit to hold your date. Leading up to your event: One week prior to your event, we will reach out to you to confirm theme, number of guests, package add ons, and give you a 2 hour delivery

window. We deliver and set up between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM but we will discuss a good time for us to arrive based on the type and time of your event. For over night events, pick ups will occur the next morning between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

3 days prior to your event: Balance for event must be paid in full. We will also remind you to move any furniture and clean your event space prior to set up. All furniture will need to be out of the way prior to set up for all indoor events. Please note, for liability and safety reasons, we do not move furniture and cannot set up our equipment on dirty surfaces. The Day of Event: You must be present during the set up of your event. Our team will arrive during your assigned set up window and get to work creating your event! We will need access to electrical outlets but will bring extension cords in case! *NOTE* for same day events, pick up window will be based on time of your event and will be decided prior to set up. The Day after your event: we will arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to tear down all of our equipment. Any damage will be assessed during tear down/clean up and you will be provided with proof and written documentation of any damages as well as fees incurred. If you have questions about our damage or cleaning fees, please review our contract.

Step 1- Clear your space! 🛋️

Move furniture to clear a space large enough to fit all of your sleepover tents. Remember, each one is 4 feet wide by 6 feet long!

Don’t hesitate to pace it out or send us a photo asking what needs yo be moved. Liability wise, we sadly can’t help you move furniture 🙅🏻‍♀️

Step 2- Clean your space! 🧹

Vacuum (and mop if tile or hardwood) your floors. Remember, guests will be sleeping on them and we only setup our equipment on clean surfaces.
�Step 3- PARTY! 🎉

We bring the whole slumber party with us then come back to tear it all down. You sit back and bask in the glory of being parent of the year!

Are you ready for one of the most epic sleepover experiences ever?!

Step 1- fill out our lead form found in our Instagram bio, Facebook, or website! You’ll give us all the slumber party deets like date, theme, guest count, interest in add ons and any other details you want our team to know!

Step 2- we will touch base with you to confirm the details of your sleepover and create a personalized proposal for you. Within that file you will be able to sign your contract, pay your deposit, and pay your final invoice when due.

Step 3- Once you have confirmed all the details, you will sign your contract, pay your deposit, and see your final payment due date as 7 days before your slumber party.

YOU’RE DONE!

It’s taken me quite a while to put my thoughts into words after attending the @empowher.____ conference.Attending with my mom was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. We got an entire weekend of girl time, just her and I. I don’t remember the last time we’ve gotten to do something like that. 🥰Not only were we able to meet some wonderful new friends, in Brittany from @greatlakeseventplanning and Leticia from @agapeballoonsandevents but I was able to catch up with dear old ones like Rosie from @kb.eventco and Emelia at @balloonsnmoredecor 🫶🏻I didn’t get as much content as I thought I was going to capture going into the weekend… But I found myself feeling able and willing to put my phone away and just be present with all the wonderful, powerful feminine energy and connection that was in that room all day.Cannot wait for next year!#empowher #empowherment #empowherslumbherparty #slumbherparty
