Josh has a long line of work experience from postal delivery to slinging tacos! Josh is a new dad with positive energy & motivation - from our hometown Fenton area! He’s ready to get to know all our taco lovers & conquer the busy food truck season while showing off his friendly, multitasking chef skills! Make sure to say hello to him when you see him on the trucks!

Catering staff

-Must be available to work at least 25-50 semi-flexible hours weekly (including mostly weekend jobs & weekday evenings) AM shifts limited but available.
-Pay rates up to $16+/hourly+tips & auto gratuity for catering events. 100% expense covered out of town work trips. Multiple Driver opportunities offers a higher pay for experience trailer hauling & driving a manual vehicle. (Drivers are also food truck staff)
-Experience not required but friendly customer service & multitasking is a must.
-Very fun ever changing work environment with tons of room for opportunity. Must be willing to be trained to work multiple positions. (Food truck/bar events/catering events)
-Standard food truck shift duties consist of daily consistent cleaning, being adaptable & proactive, some heavy lifting, simple food prep, preparing/making food with quality & presentation, being friendly & fast pace, initiative, helping put forth & being apart of a positive/happy work environment.
-Standard bar & catering events duties consist of set up, break down, cleaning, some heavy lifting, basic bartending experience, simple food prep, having a keen eye for presentation, professionalism & friendly customer service.

Transitional slow shift training opportunities available now until company gets into full season beginning April. Business headquarters/homebase located in Fenton!

This is a great opportunity to make an ample amount of income whilst experiencing big fun & opportunities between April to November. Also ideal summer job for students, but all season opportunities as well. Welcoming to ages 16 & up! Positive dynamic environment - THIS IS DEF OUR BEST YEAR AHEAD OF US YET!

I wanted to first of all say THANK YOU to all & everyone who has chose D&W’s one way or another throughout the 2024 summer season! Our team is very appreciative to have such an amazing following of supporters & avid taco lovers! We have worked very hard since March/April putting in 50-80 hours a week, sacrificing every weekend & almost all summer to ensure every job we signed up for was completed to the fullest, along with keeping the trucks clean, food cooking non stop, all while expanding new horizons! So, needless to say, slowing down is bittersweet - WINTER SEASON IS HERE! That means I put my bibs on (lol) & our public schedule changes drastically dropping to operating only one unit & it’s sporadic - so, when you get a chance or see us on DoorDash don’t hesitate to continue sharing that love & consider us for your next catered event! We offer a WIDE variety of different styles of banquet/buffet options, bar services, GORGEOUS charcuterie grazing tables & so much more! For Dana & her daughters (The W’s)

D&W’s, also known as The Street Eatery & Events was initiated & established by the young entrepreneur, Dana Ahrenberg - some of you may be familiar with Dana, from frequenting the food & drink industry in the little town of Fenton to Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Dana started working in the restaurant industry at age 14! She flourished from bussing tables, washing dishes, greeting the door, cooking in back of the house line positions, waitressing, helping bar back, then bartending & to management. Dana always knew she one day wanted to have her own restaurant - her blood, sweat, & tears (with a strong personality) has proudly created a mobile way to provide tasty food & hospitality to all of Mid-Michigan! Dana’s food truck journey is the official beginning milestone as a sole proprietor for a soon to be fleet of ever-growing businesses!
