Wedding Trends for 2025

I've discovered some exciting floral trends that are set to take the wedding world by storm in 2025! From vibrant, unexpected color palettes to serpentine tablescapes, there’s so much to look forward to. Couples are leaning towards more personalized touches, incorporating unique textures and local blooms that tell their love story. I can't wait to share more insights and inspiration that will help you plan the perfect wedding or special event.

Bold Colors
Bold and Vibrant florals are starting to replace the traditional muted tones and pastels, according to Bridal Gudie Magazine. Many couples are using color to express their personalities and style with dynamic color combinations. These bold colors are also frequently accompanied with texture from unique floral elements or even fruit or vegetables. Cake Meadows
Brides are starting to pay more attention to "dressing up" the cake table. Think a mini garden for your cake table. The florals can be on the table like the picture above, or surrounding the bottom of the table at the floor. Drapery as Decor
At this wedding, the drapery is the statement piece creating a warm and cozy environment. Vogue Magazine says this is an upcoming trend that will continue to increase in popularity. Drapery can be used as a backdrop or even on tables and chairs. Think layers and texture combining for a soft and romantic look. Multi-Day Celebrations
Some couples are turning their weddings into events or mini get aways with friends and family. Stretching out and creating more activities just allows more memories to be made. Think long bouquet table with a twist. These have just started popping up and I personally love the natural curve they provide. I'm hoping this trend starts to take off, I know at least one of our local rental companies has serpentine tables for rent. I see another trend in this photo; the draping on the table! Loved being a part of the Botetourt Farmers Market this past year. We have been vendors for over 10 years, the first year they started setting up at Daleville Town Center Apartments was our first year too 😊 We feel such a wonderful sense of community being at the local farmers market. I’m already scheming for the upcoming 2025 season.

Throw back to 2015. This was when I was still working off the farm full time. I would come home and head right to work in the field. This was planting Icelandic Poppies in early March in the hoophouse.

A mix of centerpieces and laid down greenery and flowers created the perfect reception decor. This bride wanted the reception flowers to reflect the colors of the Blue Ridge Mountains, deep blues and purples. I loved how well they matched the table number signs.
