Mermaids and Mateys was such a blast!! It was wonderful to sea everyone, and to meet such wonderful humans and new Mer friends all over the island! Shoutouts to mermaidwhimzy and Holy City Mermaids for being so welcoming for me to join their pods! And a special thanks to Captain Kenway for being a very supportive Pirate. 😍🧜‍♀️🏴‍☠️

I can’t wait to swim on over again! Sea you Saturday, September 28th!

𝙼𝚎𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚒𝚍𝚜 & 𝙼𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚢𝚜 is swimming to shore in just a few weeks, and it's gonna be better than ever this year 🤩

On Saturday, 9/28, Center St. will close to traffic and be taken over by dozens of local food & drink, arts, crafts, and fashion vendors. Enjoy live music on multiple stages, a huge kids area with crafts and activities, & more! 🎶🍹

Then on Sunday, 9/29 meet us on the beach behind the Tides Hotel for a Sand Sculpting Contest. It's amazing what you can do with a little sand and a lot of imagination! ✨

🐳 Whale Friends, here’s the scoop!
Folly Beach had planned to have an outdoor “Mermaids and Mateys Event” as their first big event in 2 years. However, even with every safety precaution followed, that darn plague cancelled it all on us.

There will still be a smaller Mermaid Brunch that weekend, but we need your help to keep that date! Wear your mask, get your vaccine, and keep your eyes peeled on that horizon!
