Itโs been a minute since Iโve posted anything here! Hopefully weโll have the business up and rolling again by the fall.
Pony Tales is a pony party business. We have the most adorable ponies and miniature horses. There will also be a petting zoo come spring.
Pony tales is a pony party venue. At present we can only hold parties on our farm. In the future we are looking forward to bringing our ponies to your event. Parties, festivals, school events...you name and we'll be there. Themed parties are an option. We'll need advanced notice so we can order supplies and plan plans. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll make it happen. Please check the Note labeled "about us" for more details.

This. This is what it's all about. Why I'd love to get into beginner lessons.
Being around horses... still, pure joy. Is this still true for you?
This lil cutie celebrated her birthday here with us.

The pony party today went swimmingly methinks. Here are a couple pics from today. More tomorrow.Loren took a bunch of good ones .
Good night
Just booked two parties for October! Yay!
I'd like to apologize if anyone called and left a voicemail. My phone is older and garbles things . If I do not get back to you , please text me. If I don't have signal and you call , my phone does not tell me I missed a call so I will not even have your number as reference.
Again. I'm sorry if I didn't get back to you.
This is Lady, our miniature mare. She has a foal by her side named Ragdoll. She and Ragdoll are Ray-An Farm's good will ambassadors. They are in the first stall in the barn and greet everyone with a nicker. Lady will be able to carry small children. And I'm sure she'll love being loved on and painted/decorated. Oh!! We can't forget the treats!! She loves treats!
Ms Deb is loaning me a mini harness. Time to teach Lady how to drive. Gotta start earning her keep after all
I think today's pony part with Brownie troop 4226 was a success . Claudia Weeks took many pics but I think this might be a fave of mine . More to come tomorrow. Thank you girls for coming to play
to anyone whi might have messaged me, Facebook won't show any messages at the moment. I will answer you as soon as FB is finished with this brain fart. Sorry!!!!!!

Played with ribbons tonight. Made a prototype pony tail for Pony Tales. I'm hoping one of my fave lil girls is in the barn tomorrow so she can test drive it and let me know how they holdup. And see if she likes it in the first place :)
It was difficult to get a decent pic of it. It's a little over 2 ft long and attaches with a cafe curtain hook. First pic is da tail. Second is a tail detail.
What do ya think? Would a lil girl like these? I also bought rainbow colors for the next one.
Beginning this spring we will be offering pony parties . Themed parties are an option . Think princess, unicorns, cowboy...you name it and we'll do our best to make it so.We'll also have various games set up for the kids to play in between pony rides, pony decorating, petting zoo, and cake. We provide the fun, you provide the food.
We have a small petting zoo available as well. Just bunnies, guinea pigs, quail, chickens/chicks, and maybe a trained pig and a goat or two. Also two adorable mini horses to pamper and love.
Party packages will be available.
We also will be offering Tea Time with Ponies. As the name suggests this consists of a dress up to the nines tea affair complete with cart rides. We'll provide the ponies, cart, table, tea set, cups and saucers, tiaras and white gloves. You provide the girls, dresses, tea and condiments, and sweets. Hint: the ponies like iced oatmeal cookies!
As of this time we are only offering the parties at our farm in Forest Hill. We hope to expand to travelling to your location if there is interest.
Also..I'd like input on another idea.
Adult "pony" parties also know as wine and ride. I've already booked one such event for this coming summer. Basically an adult party with pony rides, lol. So...a yay or neigh?
Good afternoon!! I hope everyone is ready for our blizzard tomorrow!!! The farm is, I'm not! More people provisions to buy, but the ponies are set. I can't believe this is going to happen.
I figured I'd throw an update of sorts at the wall.
We came up with another idea for the pony parties. A friend has graciously loaned us a mini cart so that we might teach Lady and eventually Ragdoll to drive. This means we can add cart rides into the mix for the pony parties.
Soooooo.... I thought it might be a great idea to add an option called "Tea Time with Ponies" . An elegant dressed to the nines dress up tea party with cart rides. This way beautiful dresses and dashing suits won't get mussed. We'll provide the table, chairs, table cloth, tea serving set, tea cups, saucers and plates, tiaras , and white gloves. You provide the girls and boys( or adults), dresses/suits, tea and condiments and sweet treats.
Let me know what you think?
Good morning ๐
As everyone on my personal page knows, I've been busy designing business cards for Pony Tales. I've throwing proto types out like pez candies. gI think these are final cards. Maybe. I wanted cards that would appeal to everyone. But I wanted a girly card for myself :)
Here's what I have thus far..
Ms Ragdoll , about 3-4 months old
Good afternoon!!
Figured I'd stop in and make an update on Pony Tales.
Yesterday we picked up two new additions to the petting Zoo : ) Ares and Babe. Two very adorable guinea pigs. Ares looks like a bad toupee, lol. Long dark hair parted in the middle. And Babe looks like a lighter colored rodent version of Chevy.
Making lists of what needs to be done before we officially launch. Carnival type games so kids have plenty to do. Halters, bridles , and saddle pads to frill, bedazzle, and ribbon to make any little girl's dream come true. Mane and tail ribbons and bows. Little grooming boxes put together so the ponies can be loved on. Unicorn horns to be made. Decorations to gather. Just a bunch of little things that will make the experience special.
Might as well take advantage of the icky weather :)
Hi y'all!
So. I heard from a friend . She and her sister want to help us start this adventure. We had all agreed to sit back and wait for winter to be done. Unless someone wanted a chilly winter party. Totally do-able BTW. My friend and her sis told me they could bring a trained pot belly pig to the parties. As in plays dead. :) and loves kids. Also they have a large Boer goat that can be ridden, by children. I've seen it with my own eyes. Sweet goat.
Add in our bunnies, a few tame chickens, and some quail and we have the beginnings of a petting zoo. Looking into a few other animals to be added in the spring.
Taking reservations now. Please share with friends and family. I think word of mouth advertising is da bomb. The most trustworthy type of hype.
Give us a call and we'll give you a tour of the farm so you can meet all of our animal family!
This is Lady and Ragdoll. Heart them!!
