We are so excited to welcome all of the brides and their guests to the Roanoke Bridal Expo this Sunday from 12-4pm at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. There will be over 85 wedding vendors on site to help you plan every aspect of your big day!

You can plan your entire wedding in just one day the Roanoke Bridal Expo. The expo is taking place on Sunday, February 26 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Hotel Roanoke.

In September, Capture It Events had the privilege of coordinating Taylor and Tyler's wedding and reception at Mayhew Farms in Bedford County the base of the Peaks of Otter. Between this beautiful couple and the scenery, it was nothing short of stunning.

The Lynchburg Bridal Expo made its comeback after almost two years of being down due to the pandemic. It was amazing to reconnect with the vendors we have grown to love over the years. Over 150 brides and their guests joined us at The Virginian Hotel in downtown Lynchburg.

• 2020 Lynchburg Beer, Wine & Cider Festival •

To say this year has been crazy and challenging would be an understatement. Back in April, we had hoped this pandemic would quickly pass. Optimistic as always, we twice rescheduled our Spring festival but ultimately had to cancel. As a small, local business this was heartbreaking especially because we have been bringing these events to the area for 12 years now, never missing a beat. We know many of you look forward to these festivals all year long - as do we!

Now, as September is quickly approaching for the Lynchburg, Beer, Wine & Cider Festival we are faced with yet another tough situation. After numerous conversations with local government and health officials, it seems clear that the end of this pandemic is not near. While it is somewhat unpredictable what September will bring, it is evident to us that any event we would be able to safely host following recommended guidelines would not resemble the high energy festivals you have all come to enjoy year after year. As much as we hate to say this, the Lynchburg Beer, Wine & Cider Festival is cancelled for 2020. We have appreciated your support over the past decade and hope 2021 will be our year to bring you even more amazing festivals!

We will send direct emails to those who purchased tickets and tents to the Spring event earlier in the year which were transferred to the September event.

In the meantime, we hope you all find new and unique ways to safely enjoy our community as we all experience this crazy time together!
