Happy Valentines Day! How are you celebrating love today? My honey has a weekly DnD game on Wednesdays with his high school buddies. So, I'm heading out tonight with the ladies for sushi to celebrate GALentines Day.

SIDE NOTE: Richie and I will celebrate over the weekend. When I'm fully expecting to get my favorite Valentines Day gift: love themed kicks. Richie has been using Valentines Day as an excuse to feed my shoe habit every year. A few years ago it started with a cool pair of marron sued pumps, but then he followed it up with heart-covered Hey Dudes, Red Roses on Docs, heart themed Vans, and last years "Made with Love" Converse. I love it when the galleries start hitting my in box. And this one. It did NOT disappoint! Chelsea and Matt were such a pleasure to work with. And then on their wedding day... they nailed it. Sometimes when I go through galleries, it brings the day right back. One of my favorite moments...

Swipe to the last photo of Matt lifting Chelsea on the dance floor. I was watching them, but I also saw Chelsea's mom. She leapt up from her seat in sheer delight and happiness seeing her daughter laughing and in love dancing with her husband. I teared up. Your daughter in love with a great man and perfectly paired.

Yesterday, we did a thing! We celebrated the First Look at with an amazing group of vendors. This was a labor of love for me. The opportunity to introduce an amazing wedding venue to couples looking for the PERFECT mix of coastal and chic! And, the chance to showcase other create entrepreneurs and the best of the region's wedding professionals. To top it off, I got to hang with and for the afternoon.
