Ceremonies can be ✨fun✨
While this is arguably the most important part of the wedding - making a commitment to each other for a lifetime before God, family & friends - the ceremony can still be sentimental, funny & whatever else fits your personalities! Your officiant (whether a professional or family friend) should curate a ceremony that reflects you as a couple 🤍 A few ideas to personalize the ceremony:
1. Write your own vows
2. Unity candle/cross/communion/tree planting/foot washing/etc - be creative!
3. Special readings/singing by family or friend
