♦️BIG CHEF TIPS ♦️ Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe 🍕😋 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Prep Time: 15 minutes Crust Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower 2 eggs 1/4 cup ground golden flax sea salt and pepper Directions: Grate the cauliflower in a food processor with the grater attachment or grate it by hand with a cheese grater. Place it in steamer pot over a few inches of water and salt it generously. Turn it on high then steam it until aldente or slightly cooked but not mushy. Place the cooked cauliflower in a clean hand towel and squeeze out the water very well. Mix the eggs, flax, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl and let it gel for 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower and mix well. Line a cookie sheet with parchment then spoon out the pizza into two 8 inch pizzas about 1/3 inch thick. Bake the crust for 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Place the tomato paste or sauce on the crust thinly about 1-2 tbsp on each pizza. Top the sauce with cheese and desired toppings and bake for 10 more minutes still at 350 degrees. Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from the oven and top with whatever you like. Slice and enjoy!
