Menu- Talent Management Gorgonzola Steak Salad – Slow roasted grilled strip over home grown garden greens. Pickled red onions tossed with gorgonzola and avocado. Tossed with a garlic basil dressing. Served with chips.

Parade Rest Spatchcock Chicken- 3 pieces of crispy grilled chicken completely covered with sweet and savory cherry BBQ sauce. Served with My Dad’s 3 meat baked beans and summer salad.
