I usually don’t show these pieces, this one hits a bit different. This piece hit kind of like my moms. I don’t know where the strength comes from to design for my family because when it’s your family this pill is a bit harder to swallow for so many reasons. You draw from everything you know about them to make the piece as special as they were to you knowing that this is the last thing you can do for them on this side.

This piece was a true inspiration of the legacy of my uncle. To know him you know he was a very classy man. He loved the Lord and he loved to dress. He knew he was clean, clean! He loved to have fun. He loved to teach us youngsters a thing or two about life.

Cousin George Soultwista Porter III I want to say thank you trusting me with such an intimately important role in your dad’s homegoing celebration. My heart is filled with joy knowing Uncle George is smiling down on us all, cheering us on to keep running this race called life. Until we meet again uncle, I will hold dear your legacy forever.
