Here at Drifters we are all about LOCAL! During summer months we work with multiple farmers and ranchers to supply us with the freshest and healthiest produce, bison and beef. As we continue to help build a local food system you can expect to see more and more menu items filled out with the labor of love our amazing AG community provides. With 16 taps on a constant rotation you can be sure to find a new favorite South Dakota brew every visit! We host monthly tap takeovers with our South Dakota brewing community and a Hoppy Earth Day Craft Beer Festival in April every spring!
