I have good news and I have bad news!! The good news is God has called my husband and I to continue our mission with helping the underserved and unhoused population in Hot Springs AR, 🙌🏼 with that said, my bad news is that I will be moving our family to Hot Springs at the end of the school year😢 As excited as we are for this new adventure God has trusted us with, I’m so sad to leave my current clients here in Fort Smith!! I will be doing some parties and a wedding that I already have booked and if you want to try to get on my calendar before I leave it’s possible! I will be juggling a little more these last couple months as my husband starts his new job on Monday, so he will be gone all week and back on weekends, I will try my best to fit you in. I just really want to thank everyone for the awesome business and love you have shown me the last 4 years!! Truly has been a blessing!!🙏❤️

A small luncheon for 8 beautiful ladies on Friday. Thank you, yet again, Kate Maurras for having me prepare your wonderful meal. She’s becoming one of my favorite clients, 🤫 don’t tell my other favorite clients since there’s so many. 🙏
Menu:
Spring mixed salad with heirloom cherry tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and fresh lemon herb vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Chicken, marinated chicken breast seared and baked with onion, garlic, sweet grape tomato, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese over rice.
Fresh berry parfait made with cheesecake filling and puff pastry.

Another month, another board meeting. I’m so blessed to be able to provide this amazing organizations board with lunch every month! I greatly appreciate Patti Ann Kimbrough and the Good Samaritan Clinic for what they do for our community!! This is just a small token of appreciation! 🙏🥰❤️

Merry Christmas!!🎄 This was the last catering for the year!! 🥵 Jane Udouj was so happy that I was able to cook for her beautiful family in her beautiful home! Did you know I can pack it for reheating?? She didn’t either!

Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni and Daughter Christmas tea party! I tried to make the food as beautiful as the ladies in attendance….I didn’t come close, but I tried!! Thank you Jacqueline Goldsmith Phillips for having me again this year!

I just love the Bonneville House and I love when I get to cater there! This little luncheon was for a bunch of beautiful ladies in a book club that were celebrating their friendship for Christmas through good food and fellowship. I’m blessed to be the one that provided a wonderful lunch for them. There was a lot of laughter amongst this crowd! Thank you Kate Maurras for trusting me with your event for another year!🙏🎄

Salad:
~ Spring mixed salad with tomato, cucumber, pomagrante seeds, shredded carrots, crumbled goat cheese, and lemon vinaigrette
Entree:
~Apple and Brie stuffed chicken breast served over tri color quinoa
~Oven roasted brussel sprouts with red pepper confetti
Dessert:
~Bread Pudding with a bourbon crème anglaise

It’s that time of year again! Christmas party🎅🏻 after Christmas party! 🎄I love celebrating with good food and laughter. I’m blessed that I get to provide the good food, and sometimes the laughter! (I think I’m funny😂) Monday night the Belle Point Quilters Guild had an awesome party!
Menu:
~Mixed green Salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots served with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette.
~Cranberry Pecan stuffed Roasted pork loin
~Smothered chicken with sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and provolone cheese
~Garlic Mashed potatoes
~Oven Roasted Haricot Vert

What do you do when you just moved into a new house and the last 6 months have been all renovations? You throw a party, invite all of your neighbors and have me prepare all your hors d’oeuvres!!! Thank you Lori, for having me make your beautiful house smell as good as it looks. Congratulations!!

I want to take a min and give a huge shout out to Amita and her husband Jay for throwing their friend Darrick and Isaac a party for their 8th anniversary!!🎉🥂 AND do they know how to throw a party!! It was so much fun!!
Menu:
Appetizers – shrimp ceviche, and bruschetta on Crostini
Salad- tomato pie topped with spring mixed greens and fresh balsamic vinaigrette
Entree- grilled ribeye steak with scampi style shrimp over garlic, mashed potatoes and crispy roasted asparagus topped with a lemon butter sauce. Amita is pescatarian so I made her fresh red snapper topped with a lemon butter sauce.

Good Samaritan Clinic had their open house and ribbon cutting on Friday! I had the honor of preparing a light lunch for all of you that attended, and there was A LOT of you! Thank you Patti Ann Kimbrough for all you and your staff do for our community and thank you to all who support this incredible organization!! May God Bless You!!🙏❤️🙌🏼

It was an honor to do a wild game dinner at the Westphal’s house Friday night! I didn’t get very many pictures, but here’s the ones I did get.
Menu: All protein caught or shot by Bennie himself and very fresh!
Apps~ Duck breast worth orange marmalade on crostinis
~Wild caught Red Snapper ceviche
Main dish~ Balsamic marinaded Venison backstrap, wild caught Scampi with lemon burre blanc sauce over wild rice pilaf accomplices by roasted asparagus.
~ dessert was a chocolate care with antlers that I didn’t make and I didn’t get a picture of.

I continue to be blessed by providing the meal for the Good Samaritan Clinics board meeting every month. It is my pleasure to provide a great box lunch to those who serve our community so selflessly. Thank you for all you do Patti Ann Kimbrough!!🙏❤️

Good Samaritan Clinic asked me to make boxed lunches for their board meeting and of course I said yes!! I love Patti Ann Kimbrough and the work they do over there, so it’s always a pleasure to serve her board fresh organic healthy food!!

I’m still in awe of how good God is and what He does through Hope Campus. They touch lives each and everyday! I was honored when they asked me to cater their event on Saturday, Boots and Bow Ties.
