A small luncheon for 8 beautiful ladies on Friday. Thank you, yet again, Kate Maurras for having me prepare your wonderful meal. She’s becoming one of my favorite clients, 🤫 don’t tell my other favorite clients since there’s so many. 🙏
Menu:
Spring mixed salad with heirloom cherry tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and fresh lemon herb vinaigrette.
Mediterranean Chicken, marinated chicken breast seared and baked with onion, garlic, sweet grape tomato, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese over rice.
Fresh berry parfait made with cheesecake filling and puff pastry.
