Settle Family Christmas Light Show Vol 2

Bundle up, grab the kids and hot cocoa and get in your car to come see the lights tonite. We will be running the show until 11:00. There are also many other neighbors near us that have beautiful light displays and cool shows for you to see.
If you came by last night, the rain tripped one of our breakers and some of the lights were not running part of the night but we are up and running tonite. Hope to see you all soon!

We had a great Halloween night with lots of trick or treaters and part of our lights turned on for a small Halloween show. Now to get the rest of the lights and props out for the Christmas show, which will start Thanksgiving night. Maybe we will finish before the colder weather hits! Stay tuned…..

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Beautiful weather to be out decorating! We have some new props this year and we are excited to get started! We might even have some up for a little Halloween lighting. Fingers crossed that we get that far. 😉

We’re getting pretty excited about Christmas 2021. We have some new features for the show- now, it’s time to get it all ready. And lots of programming!!!

Well, Tonight (NYE) is the last night for the Settle Family Christmas Light Show, Vol 2. We want to thank all of you for coming by and seeing the show. This is our 2nd year for the show and we are still in awe in all of the support that we have been given this year.

We want to thank all of our followers for joining our page and being part of our show. We (Bob and Terry) started this as part of Settle Family Christmas Light Show with our son's family and wow we are enjoying every minute of it.

We started building items for this year show during the summer and we started putting up lights in Nov and was ready for opening night on Thanksgiving night. The 2020 season has been a blast.

We will start removing the lights starting tomorrow and they will be put up soon. As we remove this year show, we are already planning for the 2021 season. We are looking at adding some new features to our show and some new songs.

Once again, we want to thank the community for coming by and seeing our show. The 2021 Season is only 329 days away. Have a happy new year and we will be posting videos of the 2020 season soon.

Did you know.....
Before we started our light show synchronized to music, every house in our neighborhood was heavily decorated and people came from everywhere to view the lights in our area? Santa also used to visit our house every night to hand out candy canes to visitors as they drove by in their cars. Here are a few pics of Santa from Christmas of 2000. It’s so good to see the cars lined up to see the lights again!

Traffic was great tonight! Thanks to everyone for coming out and watching the shows and the lights in the neighborhood. Seeing people parked and watching the show and hearing the kids singing along with the songs makes all the effort worthwhile! Come by as often as you wish and enjoy the season! We love you all!
