Late lunch to have this amazing sandwich, The Mel Man. I’m not a BBQ sandwich fan, nor am I crazy about chopped beef. The Mel Man is truly special.
The off menu special was texas Tw***ie boudin. Amazing!

Really good BBQ Trinity Plate from today for lunch. Lean brisket was awesome, with a nice salt and pepper bark.
The spare rib was one of the best I have ever had. Perfect candy outside and doneness was the best I ever had.
I will definitely return, as this menu has tons of hidden gems to it.

The BEST Tex Mex BBQ in Texas is in Grapevine. The Pastrami taco is something magical, and they have one of the best Birria tacos you’ll ever try!
Brisket and Chipotle Cheddar sausage are fantastic!

Brisket was perfectly cooked, ribs were just right, and thanks for the rib tip recommendation from ! Mac n cheese was amazing and couldn’t put down the Cajun Creamed Corn! cake was coma inducing!

Lunch in Belton today and it was amazing! Brisket was as good as it gets, Turkey was juicy, and the best Mac n cheese in the business. Washed it all down with an root beer!
Got a sneak peak at them new smokers!

A nice trey of BBQ from our friends for lunch today. Brisket was perfect, Turkey is tops in Texas, and the chipotle cheddar sausage is amazing.

Quite possibly the best burger in East Texas, can be found in Tyler. It’s a special of the day that rotates.
I had this burger as a to go option a few months ago, and have craved it every since. Last week, I luckily stumbled upon it again!
It’s a smoked Brisket burger with cheese and seasoned to perfection!
Get lucky and catch it one day.

You just can’t roll through McKinney, Tx without a stop for some brisket and the OG Texas Tw***ie!
Perfectly cooked and seasoned, with really amazing Mac n Cheese and always free dessert!

It took me months to find an which came from a friend. Oh well, just another reason to visit and patronize our BBQ friends!

Finally got out to to have some ….and damn it was impressive! No doubt they are worthy of their Top50 rating!
Texas Trinity with brisket, ribs, and some of the best house made sausage this side of the Red River. The margarita pizza sausage and jalapeño havarti sausage was packed with flavor!

It’s criminal that isn’t in the Top 10 BBQ joints in Texas.
Pretty much everything they serve is scratch made, from the buns, biscuits, pies, and hell….even the wafers in their banana pudding!

Brisket was great, Jalapeño Gouda Sausage, Pesto Stuffed Turkey, and hands down the best smoked chicken in BBQ!

Only wish would make that Turkey club sausage again!

I don’t know who Jamal is, but this baked potato named after him, has chopped beef, sliced links, and ribs on it!
Ordered a sliced beef sandwich, it’s a shame to cover this brisket up! Perfection!!!

Brisket was perfection! Bark was great, temp was right, and taste was on point!

Pepper Jack Jalapeño and a Pepper Jack Mac-n-cheese sausage!
Don’t sleep on the Brussels sprouts with Alabama white sauce! They were amazing!

About the same price as what you’d get from but waaay better!
Fluffy biscuit, brisket, egg, and cheese….sprinkled with some salt and pepper!
