ment by providing elite sports programming, resources, and support through Courtside Academy, Courtside Events, Courtside Creative, and Courtside United (Club Division). In addition to athletic development, we teach characteristics that mold and define young men and women as more than athletes. Courtside's “360” programming contains our core principles to a well-rounded athlete (Character, Mindset, Work Ethic), philosophy to complete development (Athletically, Mentally, Socially, Spiritually), and teaches competitive edge. We believe true transformation of an athlete comes from the grind, relationship and accountability of consistent training, but respect for them as a person won’t change based on their improvement as an athlete. Character is more influential and important than athletic ability. We invest in the person, not just the athlete. Impact. Influence.
