🐶 1,500+ attendees. 50+ adoptions. One unforgettable day.

When the Austin Humane Society set out to raise awareness for their shelter and bring the community together, we got to work. The goal? To revamp the annual Puppy Bowl into a large-scale, high-energy event that would fundraise for the shelter, connect the community, and most importantly get pups adopted!

From event logistics to promotional planning, we supported every detail, ensuring the day ran smoothly, stayed on-brand, and hit its goals.

The adoption event achieved:
✔ 1,500+ guests
✔ Over 50 animals adopted
✔ A major boost in shelter visibility

From the first phone call to the final guest leaving with a smile, this event was a pure joy to bring to life.

Planning the White Coat Gala was full of magic: a stunning venue, incredible entertainment, and thoughtful little touches (yes, even dressing up Dr. Seuss characters in white coats 🩺).

Every detail was chosen carefully based on the event, theme, and goals set in the first meeting. This created a night that felt memorable, meaningful, and just a little bit whimsical.

We had an absolute blast on this one — and it wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible team, amazing vendors, and the client who trusted us to bring this vision to life.

Last week the Award-Winning Project U Leadership Conference in Burleson, TX celebrated its 5th Anniversary by bringing together over 400 business executives and their teams, community leaders, city officials and school administrators from across Texas.

The five nationally acclaimed keynote speakers sparked inspiring conversations and challenged everyone to evaluate and level-up their leadership skills.

The Annual JA Empower the Future Breakfast and Trinity Invitational Golf Tournament are two of our faves to execute. The JA Team deserves a huge shout-out 👏 as we have watched them raise $1.5M over the past five years through these two events!

Fun Fact: Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, Inc. (Fort Worth) is one of Moxxie Concepts’ OG Clients (since 2019!) and we’ve been lucky enough to partner with them ever since.

Junior Achievement believes in the boundless potential of young people. When planning your next event, "getting the word out" (aka: marketing) is key! Since you've identified your audience in Step 2... now you have to figure out the best way get in front of them and get them to your event!

✅ For a more traditional crowd, a printed invitation might just do the trick (if graphic design, printing and postage is in your budget.)
✅ Hosting an open house for potential clients? A personal phone call or face-to-face invite could make all the difference.
✅ If your audience is business-based and email-centric, a digital save-the-date with links to purchase tickets or RSVP that can be immediately added to their calendars could be ideal!

No matter who you're trying to reach, your communication strategy should be intentional and tailored to connect with your target audience.
