What a blast working with Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail to bring this day to life! Watching business leaders and community champions come together at one of Tarrant County's most beautiful courses for some friendly competition and an amazing cause was truly spectacular! ✨

This tournament isn't just about great golf (though there was plenty of that!) - it raised over $190,000 for Junior Achievement financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship programs for K-12 students. Talk about swinging for impact! 💛

Step 7 of Moxxie's Essential Eight: The unsung hero of flawless events, your STAFF! 🔊

You've planned every detail, but who's actually bringing it to life on game day? Executing events takes a village. We use the word "staff" interchangeably for anyone in-person assisting with the ex*****on of your event on the day-of.

Depending on your budget you might be working with volunteers, donors, committee members, contracted staff, your own internal staff or a combination of all of it. Having the right people in the right places is what transforms potential chaos into a seamless flow.

(Not-to-mention the impact it can have on your guests' experience and overall event goals)

This might seem overwhelming, but we're here to hold-your-hand and share best practices. We've noticed this piece often gets left until the last minute, and we definitely don't recommend that! You want to start putting your staffing plan together no later than eight weeks prior to your event.

Through our event consulting services, we can help you identify the key/high-impact areas that need a human-touch instead of just signage, as well as potential problem areas that maybe didn't cross your mind.

Celebrating hard work, bright futures, and the students who are ready to take the next step. This was an event we were proud to be part of from start to finish.

Moxxie Concepts was brought in as the event producer for the 2025 Where Achievement Begins, a citywide celebration honoring workforce-ready seniors across all 12 Tarrant County ISDs!

The event welcomed over 300 graduating honorees and their families, along with Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker , Dr. David Saenz of Tarrant To & Through Partnership , and a special keynote from Monessa “Siren” Balzhiser, Lockheed Martin’s first female F-35 Production & Training Pilot.

Hosted at the iconic Casa Mañana , the morning featured live music from Latin Express Band, a breakfast reception, a vendor showcase of Career & Technical Education programs, and a surprise confetti cannon moment to close out the celebration.

🎁 A special thank you to H-E-B , a proud sponsor of the event, who made it possible for every honored student to leave with a Kindle in hand — a meaningful gift to support their next chapter.

Step 3 in our Essential Eight is all about how you market your event, and no, it’s not just sending out a quick invite.

The strategy behind how and when you spread the word can directly affect your turnout, engagement, and bottom-line results.

Whether it’s a conference, an annual meeting, a fundraiser, an open house, or live music event, you need a clear promo plan.

Moxxie Concepts was brought in to plan and manage the launch of Fort Worth Students First, a new literacy-focused advocacy group. The event was held downtown at the always-stunning Ashton Depot and featured remarks from:
