Last week we met up with Arts Fort Worth at the beautiful Texas Wesleyan University to do a site visit of Martin Hall for the 2025 Arts Forward Art Summit. AND, it just so happened to be the 5th Birthday of the building!

The track is HOT! Green-Green-Green - Today kicks off the Qualifying Races for the National Auto Sport Association 18th Annual National Championships at the Utah Motorsports Campus.

Last week, Meghan and Moxxie's newest team member, Taiya, trekked to Dallas for Partyfest DFW!

This annual event-industry expo always feels like a reunion more than anything. They got to connect with some of our fave "friendors" , , .lemonade and .

One week ago today, at State of the County, Judge Tim O'Hare addressed Fort Worth's business community about all things Tarrant County. This annual luncheon is one of the 's signature events in their Government Series.

Madeline and Meghan made an appearance for the Moxxie team! They got caught chatting with the brand new Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Marketing and Events, Angela Hall.

It’s always a delight to network with the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and reconnect with our friends.
This coffee meetup was extra special because we got to see the Cowtown Coliseum in action as a corporate event space! In addition to visiting with our biz friends, we got to catch up with the new boys in training (Peso and Hoss) with Lonesome Longhorn.
We even got to meet Ketch Weaver, world-famous trick roper!

Evening and Night events tend to last longer with multiple elements such as a cocktail hour, main event, and possibly an “after-hours” portion!

Evening and Night fundraising events tend to incorporate a full meal in some capacity, entertainment (typically artists or live music), an in-event fundraising piece such as a raffle or live auction, mingling, and more.

There are so many different types of fundraising events that we break them up into DAY and NIGHT!

Weekday Fundraise events tend to be more structured and run on a strict timeline where the participants can get back to the office - such as a breakfast, luncheon, panel discussion, or speaker series.

OR on the contrary Fundraise DAY events that happen on a weekend might be 6+ hours long and more of a come-and-go situation for a higher volume of guests and/or open to the general public

More-often-than-not, these DAY fundraisers are dry (non-alcoholic) events which helps keep the expenses lower.

The second step to executing an event concept is identifying your target audience.

Who needs to participate in your event to meet your goal? There could be more than one target audience - as you might have one audience that is the sponsors that fund your event but also a different audience that you want in the room at your event to achieve your goal.

When you book a consultation with a Moxxie team member, you will do a deep dive of your "who". Who are you catering the event towards? Why does this matter in the context of the event's purpose? Their experience experts will ask questions to help you hone in on your specific target audience or audiences. This second step is vital to your event success.

Meet the Team: It is time to introduce the humans who work behind-the-scenes to support Moxxie Concepts and our clients.

Just like planning and executing events take a village, so does the day-to-day operations of a small business. The Team is currently comprised of full-time and part-time contractors, each experts in their own field!

Kicking it off, we have Christine Sigman of Sigman Bookkeeping.

Role: Bookkeeper. Since 2019, Christine has kept the business' finances in order through client invoicing, expense management, annual budget projections and more.

What do you enjoy the most about working with Moxxie Concepts? “I love working with Meghan, and I enjoy helping keep her numbers straight!!”

The purpose of a LAUNCH is to gain exposure.

Different from other event concepts, ribbon cuttings, brand activations, and groundbreakings (like the one pictured!) come to life in collaboration with a public relations and marketing team.

Often complete with press and media, the ultimate goal of an event that falls in the LAUNCH category is usually to bring eye-catching awareness to the NEW business, product, department, building, brand, etc.

As our Moxxie Concepts team reflects on 2023, we were honored to carry out our last event of the year in collaboration with the Presbyterian Night Shelter: their 29th annual Home for the Holidays Gala at the Fort Worth Club. The evening was full with a raffle, fine dining, live music and dancing. A live auction was conducted to conclude the gala, bringing the event's proceeds to a record-breaking $500,000!
