Moonlight Catering had the pleasure of catering the Friday Night Dinner for the Redwood Region Logging Conference. It was an AMAZING night full of wonderful people!! A big THANK YOU to Sandy Dale and her AWESOME FFA students who did such a great job serving. Also, a BIG Thank You to my amazing team who helped to make this a successful dinner. It really does take a village! The only pictures I got were of 24 of the 36 New York Roasts getting ready to go into the ovens and of our Master Whisky Carrot Chef! We had the pleasure of catering for The Soroptimist of Humboldt Bay for their Scholarship dinner last week. What an AWESOME organization who support our young ladies and help them to follow their dreams, set goals and help them to achieve those goals. Shout Out to an AWESOME business! Rocha's Automotive is just amazing! I had a bride and groom from Nashville in October that was having issues with their car. They couldn't travel home until they got it looked at and fixed. I called Kenny and Angie on Saturday and they got them in first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed and fixed their car and they were on their way home by noon! THANK YOU Rocha's!!

It has been far too long since I posted! We had the most fabulous event last night. A group of people who were just wonderful to work with, and the guests were just amazingly kind, appreciative and just Awesome!!! I love my team, and they just knocked it out of the park! Lucky to have such a great team! We also had the FUHS Soccer team help, and they were amazing. Had the pleasure of Catering the Beef Ambassador Dinner last night. Congratulations to Tayler who is the new Beef Ambassador and C**t the Junior Beef Ambassador for Humboldt County. We have AMAZING youth in Humboldt County doing AMAZING things! AND a BIG thank you to our AWESOME leaders teaching and mentoring these kids! LOVE MY JOB!

We had the pleasure of catering for a very special family yesterday. Mrs Mello (and Tony too) raised the most amazing family! Her memorial service was filled with such special people yesterday, her friends, her children's friends and so many people who knew what a special lady she was! So I and a two time picture taking failure! I only took the "before dinner" picture of the College of the Redwoods Dinner Thursday, and now I only captured the "after dinner" picture at the St. Bernard's Alumni All Reunion... Who knows maybe the next job I will capture the before, during and after! I LOVE my awesome Crew and my Job!
