THIS WEEKEND!!!

3 years ago Björn joined us in becoming an American citizen but this weekend we're gonna pay homage to his home land and bring in some of his favorite dishes from his childhood.
This weekend we will be helping celebrate 2nd Annual POURter's Oktoberfest and in honor of that i will handing over our menu to my partner in life and business to bring y'all some truly authentic Tradional German dishes

So if you've been looking for some German cuisine it dosnt get any more authentic than this!

Headed back down to the Holler for another weekend of awesome music and great company, join us!!

Normally I post our menu the week of the Event but this week I wanted to keep it a surprise pho real, I know that's cheesy to some but with such souper fun puns what do you expect? Of course we want to advertise and make some extra bread but sometimes it's not always about making that cheddar, infact sometimes you just gotta swiss things up. So lettuce turnip the beet and get to shaken and bacon cause Mountains of Metal Music Festival here we come!

The trials were a success so tomorrow they go on the Menu. I will have all options available for Togo if your in a hurry or on your lunch break.

Tomorrow is recovery month rally downtown at the Capitol, come see us on the south lawn by the floral clock. Soup season is here yall!

Creamy Tomato Bisque with grilled cheese croutons

Chunky loaded potato soup topped with bacon, scallions and cheese

Broccoli cheddar soup

Gnocchi with truffle oil pesto and sundried tomato crema swirl

The events posted will be some of you're last chances for 2024, I've also posted some private events so that people know we are booked those dates and that can clear up anyone inquiring.

9/6- First Friday Berea
9/7- SOLD OUT: Symphonic Stroll Frankfort
9/16- Recovery month rally. Frankfort
9/21- Private Wedding
9/28- International food festival. Frankfort
10/4-6- Mountains of Metal Music Festival London
10/12- Private Wedding
10/18-19- POURter's Octoberfest. Frankfort

We are no longer taking bookings for September or October this year.

We are now booking for private catering events from November 1 - Febuary 28. Some public events will be considered through the winter pending weather.

I am also now accepting events from March 1st to October 31st for the 2025 calender year.

We tend to fill our calender for the year around February so if there is a festival or event you want to see us at Tag organizers here or have them send us a message.

For the 2025 year we would love to focus more of festivals and long events. As many of you know we are a from scratch Kitchen which means alot of time and planning goes into each of our unique menus so when we are open we like to maximize our time serving you and maybe freestyle a few things for you late night snackers. So any events we can spend the whole day enjoying with our customers we would love to be apart of.

Chilled Arabica Bean soup with crunchy frozen water, can be served with your choice of flavored crema (avaliable in non-dairy options) but is also a fabulous stand alone dish.
(Pssst, it's iced coffee)

A Jasmine flower soup with a floral orange blossom water, sweet local honey and crunchy frozen H2O tidbits.
(It's tea)

Today is a rare occasion where we are open in the middle of the week.

Im set up on louisville road today across from the KSP and fire house.

Our Asian style menu crushed at our last event so let's see if frankfort likes it too

Tomorrow is a rare opportunity to come get ya some of Spice Of Life Mobile Kitchens curious dining the week!

We will be set up for lunch and open *around* 10am at 1231 louisville road across from the police station with the Kentucky housing authority.
