With some new menu items and new beers on tap you can't wrong with coming down to POURter's

Don't worry about the rain we have the large tent up with dining tables out of the rain or sun and there are 5! Tvs inside to watch from any seat.

MENU

Japanese porkbelly Nachos

Crispy fried porkbelly tossed in a Japanese style BBQ sauce (kinda tastes like grippos almost) with shish*to peppers, tomatoes, salsa Verde, queso, and pickled jalapeños.

Mexican pinwheels (pictured)

Mexican wheat pasta puffs tossed in a chili tajin seasoning blend served with a little guacamole or nacho cheese

Chicken or cheese quesadilla

Adobo chicken, sauces peppers and red onion, cojita cheese, Mexican cheese blend, quesadilla sauce and salsa Verde on the side

Fish Tacos

Grilled ocean Perch, confetti Brussel slaw, mango pico, avocado crema, cojita cheese and salsa Verde on toasted tortillas

Happy hump day yall, this weekend is gonna be a blast and we have a menu to match! Be sure to catch us at POURter's Friday and Saturday to catch a few new release dishes!

Traditional seafood gumbo

Fresh blue crab, Mussels, smoked oysters and shrimp swimming in our savory broth with fried okra and rice on the side.

Poke Bowl/Wrap

Carrot ribbons, red cabbage, cucumbers, avocado and rice served with either marinated crispy fried tofu or salmon

Fish Tacos

Ocean Perch filets grilled and stuffed into warm soft shell tortillas with a mango pico, confetti slaw and avocado crema

Porkbelly

Slow roasted porkbelly crisped up and served over sweet potatoes tossed in cumin and cinnamon with a maple bourbon drizzle

Lemon bars

Delightful Meyer lemon bars with a Blueberry compote drizzle and a toasted lavender meringue

Sunday Funday Brunch ALL DAY!
Yall know we never run the same menu twice so if something sounds good to you come by POURter's and stay a spell, if you're too busy to relax with us we can make any of it to-go.

MENU

Avocado toast-
Thick cut Italian bread with smashed Avocado and topped with crispy chili oil eggs

Selfish Shellfish-
A handful of our beer steamed Mussels and 2 crab cakes served on a crunchy fried rice paper drizzled with hollandaise and spring green onion

Lemon Blueberry Epanadas-
Ricotta cheese blended with a honey goat cheese and Brie wrapped up with blueberries then fried and served over a lemon custard

Huevos Rancheros-
2 crunchy toastadas with charred tomatilla puree topped with 2 eggs, rancheros sauce, Avocado Serrano crema, cojita cheese and cilantro

Berry and Brie-
Whipped Brie and marscapone along with fresh berries wrapped up In an eggroll wrapper and fried. Served with fresh fruit and whipped cream. (Picture below)

Monte Cristo-
Black forest ham and black forest turkey with Swiss cheese sandwiched between battered brioche bread

The Breakfast Club-
Maple bacon, melty cheese and an egg all between 2 Cinnamon roll buns with a berry sauce.

With ingredients straight from the bayou we've made a stew style chicken and andoullie Gumbo served with a little rice and spicy garlic hot sauce!

Bacon and Beercheese fries-
Steamy and creamy warm beercheese smothering our Fry-fecta blend of fries topped with warm crispy bacon and fresh cut scallions

Drunken' Uncle Roger-
I took our Drunken uncle sandwich and turned it into egg rolls! So you have pulled bbq pork diced spicy pickles and spring onions inside then the outside is crispy dripping in house made bbq sauce and it comes with a warm beer cheese dipping sauce

Carnitas-
Our twist on a classic, marinated pork on corn tortillas topped with charred tomatilla salsa, cojita cheese, avocado and serrano cremá, diced white onions and fresh chopped cilantro

Bacon jam plate-

Bacon jam plate-
blistered tomato bourbon bacon jam served with grilled asparagus and an assortment of artistinal crackers and crisps.

Elotè-
You're favorite Mexican street corn is back
Grilled corn on the cob smothered in our signature elote sauce and Chili spice blend then topped with cojita cheese and fresh chopped cilantro

Loaded Fri-fecta-
A blend of 3 different fries fried golden brown topped with chili, cheese, bacon, fry sauce and jalapeños

POURter's pickle-
A special treat for the birthday girl, we wrapped pickle spears, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, bacon and jalapeños in an eggroll wrapper and made a spicy dill sauce for Dippin

Fish and chips-
2 crispy fish filets battered and Fried and served with our fri-fecta, a hush pup and our house made dill tartar sauce.

Fish Tacos-
2 tacos featuring beer battered flounder filets on soft flour tortillas topped with a mango pineapple salsa, pickled red onions, fresh avocado, cilantro lime sauce, cojita cheese and fresh cilantro

Mussels-
Beer steamed Mussels with an Italian twist.

Burger wrap-
Grilled burgers wrapped up In a soft tortilla with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles with our secret burger sauce

We made a whole little restaurant this weekend complete with a dining room, a BYOB bar and outdoor seating. So far my favorite set up for the year! Thanks for having us out Camryn Shaffer! To all those in the area we will be back to Berea for First Friday August 2nd AND September 6th with all new menus!

Friday May10 MENU

Elotè Nachos- Mexican
Warm crispy tortilla chips drenched in queso, piled with a black bean and roasted corn mix, roasted peppers and caramelized onions with our signature elote sauce and spice blend then topped with cojita cheese. You can get them fully loaded with chorizo or chicken, mango pico, avocado and Serrano crema and jalapeños.

Crawfish Etouffee- Cajun
If you've been ro our truck before you know this one is back as a fan favorite and to those who couldn't get some because it sells out quick I'm making a triple batch so we will be set with our creamy blend of sautéed peppers, onions, and spices with delicious Louisiana crawfish and toasted French bread over rice.

Chicken Tikka Masala- Indian
A creamy tomato based dish with spices straight from India, this dish is packed with flavors of onions, peppers, tumeric and ginger. Chicken slow simmered in the sauce is then piled high over basmati rice and served with crispy roti.

Beercan Chicken Sliders- American Southern
Chicken is cooked in a combination of IPA and Lager with hearty vegetable broth then pulled. We pile it on high a top of toasted Hawaiian slider buns then topped with a 10 cheese spicy beercheese, blistered jalapeños, and fresh scallions.

Banana Split Skewers
Fresh bananas, pineapple, and strawberries skewered with Cream puffs, drizzled with house made fudge sauce topped with whipped cream and a cherry with the option to add nuts.

Saturday May11 MENU

Fetch-table plate- dog safe
Carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and mixed berries with a dilly whipped feta on the side.

ManaCollie- vegetarian
Al dente manicotti noodles stuffed with a ricotta mixture of spinach, parmesan and mozzarella on a bed of savory homemade red sauce, then topped with provolone cheese.
You can request meat sauce if you wish, it's made with Italian sausage.

Bok in the Pork- dog safe
Seared pork tenderloin served over a bed of brown rice and steamy snap peas and carrots then drizzled with a sweet and a tangy Asian sauce and to top it all off charred bok choy.

Cocker Spamiel-
Our twist on a spam musubi. Marinated spam grilled in pineapple juice and togoroshi spices wrapped up In nori with crispy bottom rice. Plated with our house made sauce and pineapple chunks.
We offer Wasabi nori for those who want and extra kick.

Pup Plate- for dogs
A bed of brown rice and quinoa is topped with turkey, grilled sweet potato patties and sautéed carrots and peas. A side of whipped pumpkin with fresh berries and a tennis ball.

Marshmalamute- dog safe
Similar to our banana split skewers this dish was made to be shared able with your pup. 2 10in skewers of banana, marshmallows, and fresh berries are drizzled a peanut butter sauce and topped with strawberry whipped cream.

Come down to the Capitol and experience our first spring menu!

Charcuterie-
A mix of curated cheeses and meats with whipped feta along with fresh spring fruits and vegetables.

Kentucky Hot Brown-
Oven roasted turkey breast and grilled ham topped with a 7 cheese mornay and crispy pork belly piled on sliced brioche.

Crawfish Etouffee-
Pounds and pounds of Louisiana crawfish sautéed with fresh onions and bell peppers seasoned with those classic creole spices piled on steaming jasmine rice.

Berry and Brie grilled cheese-
Brie, marscapone and lemon honey wessendale whipped into a silky smoothe spread topped with a berry compote and grilled up with mozzarella cheese on sourdough.

Triple layer Dirt Cake Cup-
Dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate pudding and vanilla custard layered and topped with crumbled brownies with hidden gummy worms and edible wafer succulents.
