I had a dream to invite Nasheville, Austin, FL Keys and Memphis Professional Singer Songwriters for a residency @ The Gristmill Pub. Like the BlueBird Cafe but with accommodations.
Who do you know that is drowning in talent but needs an outlet for writing, recording and performing LIVE on stage or chill by the fire.
We would love to have any Americana, Country, Blues or “other” Singer Songwriter living on site.

Wandering geese. These babies found a friend down the street and head over for breakfast in the morning. I caught them there the other day and played a little game we like to call follow the leader. They waddled their little selves all the way home. They are so sweet.
This little hummingbird was teasing me for a good hour the other day. I sat and waited patiently with my phone open and camera ready and every time I got distracted he’d show back up. I finally “caught him” on camera. I don’t know why I needed to on that particular day. RCI is “humming” (pardon the pun) all the time with these little beauties.
Oh I remember, I was recovering from a failed attempt at hanging a new hammock and was sitting there on an ice pack entertaining myself. The moral of the story is I need knot tying lessons and I enjoy watching the nature at Ruby Creek Inn, AND my back still hurts 😂.
