This is where you will find all your information about the historic McCoy House... including renovation updates, events, and opening dates for each phase of our business. The Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast is owned by WV natives that hail from Franklin, WV. We are so very excited to bring som

ething for our community and tourists to enjoy when visiting Franklin, WV. This B&B will be making many transitions in the future. Phase One is giving open house tours during community events to help keep our community up to date with all the renovations as they happen starting with the 2023 Treasure Mountain Festival and the Christmas event in December. Phase Two will be opening the main areas of the house along with the grounds as a small event venue to be used for showers and small parties along with small and micro weddings. You will also be able to book the grounds for photo shoots using local photographers. Phase Three is the most exciting...we will be open to overnight guests along with being an active small event venue. It will feature not only what the bed and breakfast will offer as a small event venue, but there will be packages to customize your stay. So, please, stay tuned for more updates.

Excited for 🍁Mountain State Maple Days🍁?

I know we are!!! Next weekend, we will be visiting local producers to gather our maple syrup and other maple products to ready ourselves for our upcoming Heirloom Tea Room: Maple Days Tea on March 15th!

Want to visit local Maple producers as well? We will be providing a list of all Pendleton County's maple producers for all tea guests and visitors during February and March, so you can first hand experience one of the sweetest things our county has to offer! 🍁😊❤️

📣📣📣As many know our Historic McCoy House Bed & Breakfast is the location for the Treasure Mountain Festival Heritage Tea Room. A staple in our beloved festival's activities.
We are trying to start out early this year gathering volunteers to help in the tea room and/or create tasty treats for one or more of our 3 tea days during TMF this September. If you are interested in being put on the volunteer list now, please, message us here on this FB page or message our innkeeper, Katie VanMeter, who is also the TMF tea room chair. You do not have to pick your days now or pick what you are wanting to make...we are just trying to start our volunteer list now. We can get into more details later. Just let us know if you would like to make something for the tea room or help with tea room service.

The TMF Heritage Tea Room is a Treasure Mountain Festival event that is brought to the community by the Treasure Mountain Festival Association and community volunteers. We are just blessed to be able to be a part of it.☺️❤️
